We had a great experience with Jim! As first time homebuyers we had very little information going into the process and lots of questions! We first heard of Jim through a friend of a friend, but after doing research of our own and even emailing former clients for a reference it was clear he was the right choice for us. During our first meeting Jim answered all of our questions and more. He was very well-prepared and we left with a binder full of information (all written or compiled buy him) and confidence we made the right choice. As the process went on Jim answered calls/texts/emails promptly, and we were able to see every house we requested. During the walkthroughs Jim went above and beyond presenting helpful information. We never felt like he was trying to sell us the house or wanted us to hurry up and make an offer. When we finally found a house we loved Jim helped us write a competitive offer - we won out over seven other offers! Overall, Jim made an intimidating and complicated process as easy as it could be. We felt informed and confident. I have since recommended Jim to numerous friends!

I used Jim as my realtor to help me with my first home purchase. I am happy that I took this decision. He is very knowledgeable in what he is doing. He gives a lot of input to you that helps you make an informed decision. He can identify issues with the home during walk thorough and he runs comparable report in the neighborhood and advises if the asking price is fair. He showed me 3 houses in person and a few others offline. He was very punctual. The best part is he upgrades his knowledge by attending real estate related conferences etc. I had been associated with him for 3 months and he went on conferences a couple of times. He is friendly and answers all your questions. He works with only home buyers and never represents sellers. He is one of the very few realtors in Ohio of this kind. He in-fact asked me to quote 5k lesser on one of the property. It impressed me that he was at my best interest even though his commission will get a small hit. I will do business with him again.

Great. Jim is very responsive, friendly, and makes an intimidating process feel easy. First he sat us down and explained in great detail what the process looked like, his recommendations, etc. before we even agreed to go with HomeBuyers Advocate. He was very knowledgeable in walk-throughs and pointed out major issues, so anything that came out of the official inspection wasn't surprising. He had recommendations for different inspectors, loan officers and others which were also all great.

Jim was very helpful in sorting through what I liked/didn't want as well as offering feedback on specific houses and cost relative to market. I definitely enjoyed working with Jim.
