Jim Deskins at The HomeBuyer's Advocate did a great job of being patient with my wife and I on the purchase of our first home. We ended up going the new build route and we were glad to have Jim beside us during the several months of build time and inspections. All in all, a great service during a stressful time and we never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision. Highly recommend this group for potential buyers, particularly to help make prudent decisions during a time of lower affordability for homebuyers.

Jim would always get back to me whenever I had questions and would give me answers that I understood and if I didn’t he would explain it when we were out looking at houses he would have his flashlight and take notes and clipboard and we go over everything about the house, pros and cons. Jim as a person made it very easy and was a huge help in deciding where I would buy my first house for my family making sure it was in a good school district and within my budget

We've used Jim as our agent twice, and he would be the only agent we would consider for any future home buying needs. In this crazy market, it's easy to get caught up in the moment and ignore red flags or over-pay for a house, but Jim was there to educate us about the houses and neighborhoods and ensure each offer was carefully thought out. Never once did we feel pressure to make an offer or rush the process- even after looking at houses for an entire year- Jim was patient and continued to provide excellent advice.
