I highly recommend this company, the sales staff and owner are very knowledgeable about the product and the process.The installers were very professional and pleasant to work with. They caulked and sealed all the countertops and cleaned their mess up on the way out. I got several quotes for my project and the Granite Guy had the best overall price. The Granite Guy has a large selection of granite and it was easy to find what we needed. The process making all the decisions was painless. The sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to schedule time for the measuring of the countertops and installation of the countertops while still in the showroom. Measurement of the countertops was done by a gentlemen who was very thorough and explained the entire process and listened to what we wanted. The day of installation, the installers arrived on time and were very professional and did a great job. We were very pleased with the entire process!

Extremely well. Holly was very helpful, the selection of granites was large, scheduling was timely, measuring of existing tops was done quickly and accurately. Tear out was done quickly and neatly. The install went off without a hitch because the team were experienced and efficient. Everyone involved in the job from start to finish were very professional. I highly recommend this group.

Granite Guy! Wife and I recently purchased the house and were looking to replace old laminates to trendy granite. We shopped around a lot and spoke to almost every other fabricator and got quotes from many. I did quite a bit of research on granite, went to sources where they are sold in wholesale, researched where they were imported from, finish, quality, rating, density and so on. We walked in with that information at every other place and we are lucky that we did so at Granite Guy and even more so because we got the owner, Gary as sales person. He had accurate answers to every single question we had no matter how stupid. Dude just worked with us on every step of the way, Wife and I changed our minds on the slabs we had picked out twice and even though we ended up with a little bit expensive slab, he did not increase the price on the original quote he had given. He even suggested and let me pick out a different smaller cutout(remnant) for our half bath for a considerable price, (very good deal as I picked this Leather ed Granite which looks and feels amazing). Two reasons we picked Granite Guy over other competitors, they were quick and got dates for install within 2 weeks as well as their ability/willingness to work with us even when we changed our minds on slabs or the need for bigger island or when we decided we wanted under mount vs. drop in for the sink. Installation process was straightforward and was completed well within time, they even helped understand Dos and Don't s and how to care for granite. This is a competitive business and those who are in process will certainly notice it based on the quotes received, but we are glad to say we chose the right team. Note: will add more photos once we are done painting cabinets.

I initially gave the Granite guy a grade of D as we had an issue with the kitchen counter having a huge gap at the back. He has since been in contact and sent the installation team out who came up with a correction to the counter so it meets the wall enough to add a backsplash. The installation guys are the best part of the experience, they get worked to death and are eager to please. I don't see a way to change an initial review so here is a second one giving the rest of the story. The counters are beautiful and we are really happy we went with Granite.

Went very well. We had shopped a lot of stores trying to pick slabs. The GG had a great slab and was able to get it installed in about 10 days, which was great b/c we were in a hurry. Very good experience for us. We put in the back splash tile and faucet ourselves.

Had paid another company to install the countertops but when they stated that they could not measure for this because we did not have a bracket around our new dishwasher, I went to the Granite Guy. We picked out the slab we wanted and they scheduled appointments for measurement and installation within ten days. Although we already had one, they include a kitchen sink. The cost was not much different from the other company. The people are awesome from sales to measuring, to installation.

The staff are attentive, not pushy, and informative. We were able to get a product that fit well in our urban setting kitchen and our budget. Staff were punctual for onsite measurement and then installation.

I have nothing but positive things to say about The Granite Guy! Cody was very helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was perfect from the selection, measuring, price and installation!!

I had contacted the Granite guy based on my contractor's recommendation and reviews to install granite countertop (sink included) in my kitchen. Mr. Cody Spring was my sales associate at Granite Guy. He was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. The sales and service experience was excellent and I would highly recommend the Granite Guy and Mr. Spring.

After several visits to a large showroom and slab yard, we visited the Granite Guy’s showroom to pick out a possible replacement for our laminate countertop. I found that everyone was very helpful and provided good input and thoughts about what might be a good fit in my kitchen. I worked with Cody, who always addressed my concerns and had great ideas about what my kitchen could look like. When I found the perfect piece of granite, Cody was nice enough to put the slab on hold until I was ready to move forward with the installation. He was so good that I ended up replacing my bathroom vanities as well. After the installation, I had several concerns, and Josh was quick to address them and fix any minor issues. The Granite guy was great! I never felt any pressure to purchase or that the team was in a hurry. I truly love my kitchen and my granite composite sink. If you're thinking of getting granite, go to The Granite Guy and ask for Cody!

Had a issue with one piece of granite during the original installation appointment that prevented the install from being completed that day. We visited their showroom the next business day to pick a replacement piece with Josh the lead installer. The following day they returned after their other appointments they had that day to complete. Josh, Doug and Jeremiah worked very late to complete the project even though they had already worked a full day. They all did a great job and would recommend them.

Everything from the Granite Guy was Awesome! Our sales person Cody was patient, responsive, accommodating and very knowledgeable. We searched all over the city and outside of Columbus. We got the best deal with the best granite selection at the granite guy. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job! We worked with Cody in the showroom and never felt pressured to purchase. He explained their process and what was included and was prompt with an estimate. Jason did our measurements and was extremely helpful in questions we were not prepared to answer. The installers did an excellent job and were professional. After the install we had a few minor questions and Josh was prompt and quick to help us resolve them. I would use The Grantie Guy again and highly recommend them. In our entire kitchen which is pretty large (over 60 sq feet) we had exactly one seam that you can't even see!! We even choose a granite composite sink that we loved in their showroom.

My technician was Doug - very nice young man! He was professional, quiet, worked expeditiously to get my job completed- he explained everything to me. He represents GG very well.

Met with Jerred the first time after spending a bit of time with him on the phone. Can't set an appointment to meet with the salespeople which I thought was a bit odd. Luckily, we got right in to meet with him when we showed up. They matched a price I had from another vendor that we were concerned about after meeting with them and receiving a quote nearly 2 weeks after our visit. We decided to go with Silestone, a quartz product, and things moved along pretty quickly after that to doing the templates and then scheduling the install. They seem to use independent contractors rather than their own install crew so their degree of professionalism can vary. Our install guys were decent and we had a couple of issues during the install like a cracked top and a top that had not been cut correctly. The Granite Guy quickly solved the problem and came back within 48 hours to reinstall the two new tops. The install looks great and we have had complements from friends already. I would advise getting 2-3 estimates on any large job and comparing price for same materials. Chances are, you will be happy going with TGG!

As far as materials go, their showroom offers one of the best selections in town. For service, their office (Holly and Jerred) and field personnel (Jason) were both very friendly and able to knowledgably address any of my questions. As a contractor, I've installed several hundred units of granite. It always makes my job easier when I get to work with a company that understands and performs their scope so well.

The people at The Granite Guy are very knowledgeable and everyone we dealt with was very nice. We worked with Cody Spring to find the tops and price according to our need. He is quick to respond to questions, knowledgeable, and has a charm that lightens anyones mood. Cody takes a genuine interest in your needs beyond the customer level to ensure you receive overall quality and comfort. The job was done quickly and efficiently as he promised. Our installers were both very helpful answering questions and did a superb job with installation. They were very good to clean up afterwards also. We had small scilicone situation that needed attention and the moment Cody was notified, within no time he offered to have his installers at our home to complete the job at no additional cost.
