The Granite Guy

My experience with Granite Guy has been wonderful. I have now worked on several projects with them and have always been treated well. The service is great and the product surpasses expectations. They are very responsive and attentive to concerns or questions and they work really hard to make the client happy.

The sales representative, Jerred Runkle, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process of granite selection and layout. My only issue is that the sink wasn't set perfectly, meaning one side is flush with the granite rather than under like the other 3 sides. There is no problem with leakage or function, just aesthetics.

We had them cut it and we installed it. The cuts were perfect and the prices were low! Plan on doing our kitchen with them next :)

They worked with me to make a tedious, but beautiful piece for around the shower wall jets in my bathroom remodel. It is truly the center piece of a high end bathroom and it wouldn’t have looked nearly as nice if they weren’t so willing to go above and beyond to make it for me.

We worked with Jerred at The Granite Guy to find a slab of granite to replace our dated counter in our kitchen. The Granite Guy had a large selection to choose from and once we chose a slab, Jerred and his team were quick to respond to questions and requests. The entire process from the deposit, measurements and installation were handled in an efficient and timely manner. Jerred and his team were very personable and professional. The installers did a fantastic job joining the pieces and the seams are practically invisible! We would definitely use The Granite Guy again for any future needs.

We had an excellent experience with the entire process. Cody was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Joe measured our kitchen and he was also great to work with. The installation team was also very professional, polite and left our house very clean and tidy. We would highly recommend The Granite Guy and will definitely not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

They did exactly what they said they would do. I feel they wen't overboard to make us happy. From the original sales presentation we were comfortable with Gary Stimmel's approach. He assisted in design and made recommendations according to our budget. We never felt pressure to move forward. Very easy company to work with.

I had a great experience with The Granite Guys. I worked with Mr. Jerred Runkle throughout this project. Right off the bat Jerred was very responsive to my requests and had a quote back to me within 24 hours of me submitting my measurements. I was very happy when I saw the quote came back a significant amount lower than the other three quotes I had received from other providers. When I went to the shop to pick out the granite pattern i was looking for I immediately noticed how much variety they had. After I had picked my pattern the next step was install. Within 5 days the had a crew at my house performing the install. The completed product came out even better than I had hoped. I was extremely impressed with how easy Jerred and the rest of The Granite Guys team made this process for me. The timeliness of it all was incredible. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a great finished product at an even better final price.

The overall process was great. They followed through with their word! I worked directly with Gary and it could not have gone better! The top and kitchen look great! I would definitely use them again!

We chose a remnant from their huge inventory and contracted to have it cut and installed with a sink bowl. The finished product looks really beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job. I recommend you visit their showroom if you are in the market for a granite or quartz countertop.

This was my wife and I's first time ever buying countertops so we were excited to visit some of those kitchen showrooms. We were recommended The Granite Guy by a friend and we were not disappointed. Paul, our salesman, was very enthusiastic and had a great personality. He knew everything about the slabs we looked at and worked to get us a great price. It was also nice to shop with someone who wasn't just a dry sales person. He answered all my calls when I had questions and followed up regularly. The measurement guy, Jason, was also super cool and I had a great time talking to him why he measured for the countertops. The installers were also great to talk to and were very nice and professional. The whole experience was a lot of fun and we have already recommended them to a few friends.

This entire experience of working with the people at The Granite Guy was a pleasure, from the warm greeting of the receptionist when we walked in the door, to the extensive selection of beautiful granite from which to choose and Paul's willingness to spend the time educating us on what we were looking at, to Joe's patience with the million questions we asked while he was measuring, and on to the very good price and finally the professional and courteous interactions with the installers. The men who installed the counters encountered a couple obstacles in our never-before-updated kitchen but solved the problems with no drama and no damage to surrounding materials, which I didn't think was possible. Both times they stopped, pointed out the issues, explained options and let us choose how to proceed. They were a pleasure to work with because of their cheerfulness and work ethic and obvious knowledge and experience. The whole installation, start to finish, was done in 4 hours and I spent the rest of the day just staring at the beautiful granite they put in place. I'm so pleased with the whole experience, and especially with the beautiful new countertops! It's completely changed our kitchen.

Everything went great, after my wife and I looked around the warehouse and made a choice our counters were installed with in two weeks! The guys arrived right on time and were both easy to talk and polite. I changed my mind a couple times rather I wanted to keep the old counters for a basement project and it didn't bother them at all. They were happy to do what I decided. Counters look amazing.

Overall the job went well. The salesman and sales process was outstanding. The installers were very professional and did a very good job. If I had any conerns, I believe the individual who came in house to measure for the template could look to improve his process. Overall, I had a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the Granite Guy.

Okay so home renovation is not exactly at the top of my most fun experiences list. Contractors, inspections, delays, etc and every step requiring a leap of faith that I am not being bilked for money or taken advantage of. Right in the middle of this perplexing maze is a beacon of light. I LOVE the Granite Guy. Could not have had a better experience with them from start to finish. They educated us about the rocks, even special ordered what we professed to want, never batted an eye when we picked something else after they got our first choice in for us. Prices ran a wide range. We looked at some very budget friendly and beautiful options, but ultimately splurged and it was worth every penny! They came out and measured, helped us problem solve when our contractor made a potentially expensive error that could have ruined the look of our kitchen. When I say problem solve, I mean the owner himself called, came out to the house, showed us EXACTLY what had happened, met with the contractor with us and came up with a solution that held the contractor responsible and get ready, cost us....NOTHING, not a single penny. The problem was fixed, quickly, and to say my kitchen is gorgeous really doesn't begin to cover it. They checked and double checked to make sure the installation was solid, the counters were right and we know how to care for them. Everyone we have interacted with was lovely, kind, helpful, professional! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having met the owner directly, I can tell you these characteristics start at the top and wind throughout the company! Price was good, service was outstanding, quality of work amazing!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the Granite Guy. They had a huge selection to choose from, and did not rush us in making a decision. The slab we decided on was perfect for our kitchen. They also worked with our schedules when arranging measurement and instillation. I could not be more happy with our experience and the quality of the product we got.
