We pay them over a period of a year, they do four treatments a year for us and its about 75 dollars a treatment. Excellent service. They always leave a written report of what they saw and did. They do a phone follow up as well.

The work went great, no problems. Very friendly.

It went really well. There was only thing that went not so good. There were three guys out who were very polite but one guy who was taking away the wood, cut off a branch from one tree which ripped off the branch of another tree. They are usually fabulous but he accidentally cut off the top of the tree and it fell the wrong way and ripped of the branch.

They came out for an assessment. When they came to do the work, they were quick and left no mess. They are very nice and professional. We have used them many of times.

They did a real good job. They charged me what was estimated and cut the tree down and disposed of all the debris. They did a nice job. The price seemed reasonable but I did not get any other estimates. The workers were very polite.

They are excellent, I have always been happy with them. I have a yearly contract with them and they come out every few months. They do feeding of the trees, fertilization and irrigation on my lawn. I am very pleased.

The 40 foot (or so) maple tree had probably never been trimmed in it's life. It was way too thick and hung low over the house and the neighbor's garage. I called on a Monday, the arborist was out by Wednesday to check it out and leave an estimate. I called back the next day and they advised they would be out within 6 to 10 business days. True to their word, they did the work about 7 or 8 days after that.I was expecting the tree to be radically "chopped", but they did a really good job a thinning it out, without losing it's shape. The cables were also installed and are hard to spot without looking hard for them. The company was professional, courteous and did the job quickly and well.

Phone representative was very pleasant. Advised that I had to speak with an Arborist, who would call the next day. Left voice mail for arborist. Did not hear back.

I felt it was well done. The tree came out looking good.

It was great! No one else would give us an estimate for this work since this was a tricky situation. This was to remove a 100 foot oak tree beside my house and my neighbor's house. They came out with two cranes and a flat bed truck to do the work; it was a major deal.

We thought they were sloppy in their workmanship. They broke a tree that they weren't supposed to be trimming. They were throwing debris from the tree they were trimming onto fragile shrubbery below and did not stop until we asked them not to. Based on our experience with them, I would not use them again.

As arranged, I left the gate unlocked for them. When I came home from work, the trees were gone, the serviceberry planted exactly in the right place, and they'd also raked all the general garden debris out of the yard and garden, saving me some work of my own! Everything was exactly as agreed, plus the extra raking. Nicely done! They also left a card with watering instructions for the tree, which I really appreciate. I had gotten estimates from two other companies, who wanted quite a bit more for the work. Davey was also the only company who could meet me for an estimate at a time when I was available - the other two were too restrictive when they could come for the estimate.

They came out promptly and gave me an estimate. About 2-3 weeks later they came out and did the job. They didn't tell me when they were coming. At 8:00 that morning they started the job with several men there and finished up at 11:00. They did the stump the next day. I had sprinkler guys coming to turn my sprinkler off in the same two hour block that day and they said, "Oh well, I hope we didn't get in their way." Perturbed me a little. They said it would be two weeks before they would do the stump, which I'm glad they did it sooner, but I told them I wasn't expecting them, and it wasn't a great time again; I was on my way out, but they said they didn't need me and left my bill in the mailbox. I had to leave my kids by themselves, they're teenagers, but they seemed OK with him being out there. The man again didn't ask whether or not it was a good time again. I guess that's my biggest pet peeve, but the job was done thoroughly and at a great price.

They are wonderful so we keep giving them more work.

They were asking for $20 more than who I ended up using. They seemed to think the bank in front would be a problem because it is steep.

Very well, they separated the wood into 3 different piles by size to make it easier for me to stack later. They also ensured the area was cleaned up and were very careful not to damage our fence and surrounding area.

I have used them several times. They always send an arborist out with the technicians. They are also very responsive.

They responded within hours to my phone call for a estimate. We got the estimate within 2 days and we scheduled the removal on a Saturday. They had to use the school lot behind our house. They came 15 minutes early and did a great job in a tough situation.

First crew or four arrived at 7:30 a.m and began working in the backyard (five trees) climbing to the top of each tree and working down. Large limbs were tied off and lowered gently to ground. Smaller limbs fell to ground. NO damage was done to the landscaping or lawn! About 9:00 a.m the second crew of three arrived with a bucket truck and began working through the three large Oaks in the front yard. Again the process did NOT cause any damage to the landscaping or lawn. They parked the bucket truck on the lawn using large plywood pads for the outriggers. NO damage was done to the lawn. All debris was thoroughly cleaned up, the grass raked, the patio blown off and all limbs were chipped and removed. When all Davey crews left the property at about 2:00 p.m, the only evidence that they had been there were the freshly pruned trees and the cleaned landscaping beds and raked yard. The trees looked great!

They have done my front yard 3 years in a row. All three years they have done a fine job! I would easily recommend.

I obtained three estimates from Angie s list A rated companies for the removal of a dead tree in my back yard. Davey was the cheapest so chose them to remove the tree. They removed all of the wood and debris; I could hardly tell a tree had been cut down. Also, the tree being removed was very close to several other trees and there was no damage to the surrounding trees. They cut down the tree while I was at work and then sent me the bill. Overall, working with Davey was a very easy and good experience; I would definitely recommend them to others.
