The work was good and they cleaned up well afterwords.

They had a crane and that was important to us because the limbs were so large and laying across utility wires. They were very nice and courteous.

I thought this company was efficient in identifying the problem and doing what needed to be done. They were very professional and they gave me a detailed description of the price for everything and what needed to be done in the future. They did everything in one day and the yard was cleaned up when they were finished. I was very happy with them.

They are prompt and they do a good job. They give free estimates. They are a little pricey though. If you want to have a tree stump removed, they subcontract that out and I didn't like the subcontractor.

The arborist that works with this company was truly sad when he gave us the news that the trees had to come down. When they were taking the trees down, they hit the house, but they took care of the situation with no problem. They did a great professional job and left everything looking great.

They do great work on my shrubs and bushes. The arborist is very professional, and is very concerned for the plants and makes sure that we are happy with the service.

They did not respond at all. Today is 10/3 and I still have not gotten a return call or email. I left them both my home and work number. Very poor customer service

The crew did an excellent job. They removed the tree and hauled away the debris.

The original estimate was $860 and then the crew chief recommended that we not remove one of trees so they dropped the price 100 dollars. They came out on time and I am very pleased with the work they did. I would recommend them to others.

Because of my work schedule, I could not be home for estimate, it was not a problem, they left estimate in door. They were busy, so they scheduled it for 2 weeks later, came out when they said they would; did beautiful job, hauled all debris away. Very easy to contact and work with.

They were very punctual and we were very pleased with the service they provided. We started a contract with them to come to our home every year for treatment and fertilization on our trees.

It was an awesome experience. The yard looked like a completely new yard and made it feel a third larger. The team was punctual (even a little early). Sean, the site leader, did a complete walk through with me to make sure he knew what was expected and they got right to work. I left to go to work, but my neighbor told me they were done before noon. If I hadn't see the yard before, I wouldn't have even known they were there. The yard was meticulous. A few days later the stump grinding team came through and ground down all the stumps. They left minimal chips.

They did a good job of removing the tree and cutting it close to the ground. Cleanup was excellent, which has been the case every time I have used them.

They were very prompt provided a fair price. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

They are so good! They are extremely experienced and highly trained. They are very careful with the plants. They come out at request in a timely manner. When they prune they are very artistic are very careful!

Davey provided a much lower estimate than another service did. They came the day I expected them to, cleaned up, piled the wood exactly where I asked them to, and overall did an excellent job, worry-free job. It was a pleasure to have such a professional job done the very first time; no call-backs, no hassle.

Both years I never received a call back. I was only trying to get an estimate. I verified that it was their number and they did residential work, but they never called to schedule an estimate.

They where very excellent at what they do. They leave a note on the door to say they where there. They send a bill and then let us pay it. We never had a problem with this company.

I used Davey in the past and continue to be very satisfied with their service. They are prompt, reliable and do great work. I am sure that their price is competitive. Tree service is expensive in general.

They were very courteous. They completed the work sooner than what they estimated. I thought they did an excellent job. They also did a wonderful job to clean up after themselves.

Overall experience with Davey Tree of Westerville, OH was very good. The two man crew walked over the property with me to confirm the items on the work order. They climbed into the larger trees to prune them. (I've hired two other tree service contractors over the years, but they only worked from the ground and the results were barely satisfactory.) They came to me with questions before proceeding on certain items. They were friendly, professional and did a very good job of cleaning up a huge amount of limbs and branches. There was no damage to my house or fence after pruning a very large tree between my house and my neighbors house. Kurt and Isiah did a very good job and I will ask for them in the future.

The guy who came out to do the estimate was Kevin Shilling. The estimate was almost $3000, so we opted not to have the work done at this time. However, Kevin was very knowledgeable and took the time to give us a really good, detailed estimate. He was also very prompt and professional and we may call this company to have the work done in the future.

We were glad that they did the work as promised and did it in a timely manner. They were thorough and did an excellent job cleaning up any mess. We liked the shape of the trees. The workers were professional.

The crew that came to do the work was professional, courteous, and thorough. They did all that was requested and cleaned up my yard to boot. Did a good job, we are very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them. They still have to come back to remove a few stumps for us, and fertilize our tree in the front yard, but the work they have completed has been very good.
