They explain what they are doing and answer my questions. I used them last year and will be using them again this year. The price is very reasonable and anything can be negotiated within reason.

It was a terribly tricky job. There are houses all behind us and the trees came right up to a fence line. Davey brought in a crane and bucket loaders and carefully cut and pulled out by crane these massive trees. They were absolutely professional, lying plywood across the 1/2 acre of grass they had to drive on to reach the tree line. They didn't damage anything - the grass, the houses next to us, the fence. They showed the utmost professionalism on a very time consuming (two full days plus another day for clean up) and dangerous job. They showed up on time and did a nice job on clean up. They even threw in a few extras, cutting down a neighbors tree limb that was over my property line.

We were very happy with their work!

He came out with in a week after we called. They came on time and did everything they said they were going to do. Everything turned out great and we would recommend him.

The work was completed by two workers, who spent several hours carefully topping each tree several times as the trees were between our neighbor's and our home. They were efficient, did no damage, hauled away all wood and carefully cleaned up.

I was very impressed by the work. They did the work while I was gone and they did a great job. They are very detailed oriented. They responded quickly to my calls and answered any questions I had.

They were professional, on time and everything was done as promised. The stump was ground out deep enough to easily plant another tree in the same spot.

They came on time, worked quickly, and they cleaned up all of the debris. They are expert people to work with and they knew exactly what they were doing.

I had been using their services for about three or four years because they do such great work. The person that I worked with was Kevin and he and his crew were great to work with and always returned my calls. Whenever I have had work done they don't waste time and always clean everything up and take everything away. They always set a time frame for the work and they have always met that.

I was quoted $80.00 per hour (over the phone) for removal of the tree branch which was no longer attached to the tree. I asked that they please evaluate the tree to see if it could be saved. They were very busy that week, which was to be expected, and they finally came 1 week after the initial phone call. When I received the bill it was for $256, much more than I was expecting and I never heard from anyone concerning the viability of my tree. I paid the bill and enclosed a letter with my concerns about the price I was charged and the tree's health. 1 month later I had not heard anything from this company, so I called and left a message. I then received a call from Don who explained that the $256 was a charge for 3 men to remove the tree branch at $80 per hour plus tax. I explained that I thought the quote over the phone was very misleading. He also stated he would send someone to look at my tree.

They now have a good system to lock in what you want done during the season. They leave an accounting of what they did each time they visit. I've had several comments about how good the lawn looks since they started taking care of it for me.

Bill came out to assess the job and give me a price. The company followed through with all the treatments and answered any questions I had along the way. Everything looks good, just as I had wanted the job to look.

I called to schedule an estimate. They mailed it to me. I called to authorize the work. A few months went by. I called again, and requested very nicely for them to come.(This was prior to the windstorm.) They came and did an excellent job.

We would have used them for the tree service but the following week the big wind storm came through Columbus and Mother Nature took care of the branch for us.

It took a few days to return our call and a few days to get them to look at the project. They came when they said they would. They left a note explaining that the trees could not be moved due to a power line, size of the trees, and existing garage. I would give them another opportunity to provide service in the future.

Estimator was prompt and thorough, friendly on the phone.

We've used their services for years and originally found them on Angie's List. They're very responsive and reasonable. They've always done a very good job for us. They give good advice as to whether to remove or trim trees. They know what they're doing and are careful with the process.

I had several estimates and this company gave us the best price. I was comfortable in talking with the estimator. They did a good job and the clean up was thorough. They now take care of my lawn.

Davey did a terrific job. This was the second time we used them to remove trees. They have one crew who does the trimming and cutting down of the trees, and a second person who grinds the stump. They were able to trim very large shrubs that we are no longer able to reach.

The workers were very professional. They arrived and asked permission to pull their truck into the yard so that they could reach the tree from the "cherry picker" that was on top of the truck. One of the workers worked from the "cherry picker" going through the crown of the tree and trimming off all of the small and medium sized broken branches. The other man stayed on the ground and picked up the branches and put them in the truck as they fell. They were very careful not to drop any of the branches into my garden or onto the roof of the house. They did a very thorough and neat job and cleaned up very well afterward.

Responded within a week with an estimate and had the job done about a week after that. They cleaned up very well, did an excellent job, yard was cleaned up of any sawdust and all debris.

Some of my trees still get some leaf disease despite treatments. The fertilization seems to have helped most of the trees, except one. The services seem expensive to me. They automatically renew the service every year unless you explicitly ask them to not do some tasks.

Very pleasant in person when giving estimate. Broke things down for line items so we could get what we could afford now. Was the most expensive in estimates, but their professionalism, knowledge, and quality are worth the extra money.

The quote was scheduled for two weeks after the initial phone call; quite a while but understandable as I know everyone is busy. In the meantime another company was able to do the work immediately and since the branches were threatening our fence, we went ahead and had them do the work. I DID forget to call and cancel this quote; it was over a week ago that the tree was taken care of! The doorbell ringing this morning was the first time I remembered the appointment. I answered the door and apologized for not calling but the Davy Rep. said VERY sarcastically, "Thanks so much for calling and canceling the appointment," and walked away shaking his head. While I did not call and cancel the appointment, they did not call and confirm the appointment either. The whole experience was an F; better customer service is absolutely called for.
