I do keep using them because I have used them twice before. They are very professional, very prompt and they show up on time, usually within a couple of days after I call. They give an accurate estimate. They do the work and clean up very well. They have handled a couple of unusually big jobs. I am very pleased with their service.

We wanted our pine tree removed because it was leaning toward the house. We were given a free estimate and advice that assured us we were wise in doing the removal. Within a couple weeks the tree was taken down. It was very interesting to watch how it was done. It only took an hour or so. A week or two later they came back and ground up the stump and some surface roots.

Overall, the experience went very well. They did good work and did it quickly. I'm satisfied with their services.

The service was excellent. They were quick to get us a quote and we were able to settle on the work and date for the work via email. All trees were trimmed to our satisfaction and they did a great job on the cleanup. They returned a few days later to plant replacement bushes. We were satisfied with their work and will use them again.

(As a background, the tree was large and provided wonderful shade for my back porch and hostas. I consulted Davey as, unfortunately, the roots were going under my fence and raising my neighbor's back driveway.) I called Davey to get options about either tree or only root removal. Sean Sponhaltz, the sales arborist, initially came out to look at the tree and advise. He said the only option was tree removal as removing the roots would killl the tree. I was very unhappy at this news, but felt the only choice was tree removal. Sean was very professional and a delight to work with. The removal and grinding crews were on time, efficient and very personable. Everything went well, but I still miss the tree and feel I lost part of my family.

After a misunderstanding about response time(on my part) Davey workers were punctual, thorough, and did a very good job. Davey workers completed the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional in accounting for their work and were very polite. They came when they said they would and did exactly what they promised. I would recommend them highly.

The experience went very well. I found the owner very knowledgeable, and he offered suggestions for saving some money which was always a plus. He also made arrangements with one of my neighbors to use their driveway for some of the tree removal because we had a new driveway. The tree removal was scheduled for when we were on vacation, but I trusted Daveys Trees, and the job went forward. When we returned from vacation, you would have never known that 8 trees were removed except for the empty spaces in our yard. Clean up was excellent. We had Daveys Trees fertilize our Canadian hemlocks, and they will return next spring to "treat" one of remaining ash trees.

Very professional and prompt. Unfortunately, trees can't be saved. Would call again for further work!

From time of arrival to completion, crew was observant of property line between other homes, and made sure all chip dust was removed from our property and adjacent homes. Next year, spring, We will contract with Davey for front yard grass reseeding.

They came when scheduled. Did the exact job ordered. Left no mess. Everything looked great.

The gentleman who gave me the estimate was very knowledgable about trees. He gave me an estimate that was within $20 of the final bill. The workmen were thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the work. They trimmed some very high trees and did a great job. All debris was removed. I would recommend this company to others.

Called to get a free estimate. They came the day they were supposed to, and left the estimate on the door, as expected. I called to schedule a day for them to come out. They came out that day and removed the stumps. Did a good job. I've used them in the past and haven't had a problem yet.

Our red maple tree had significant dead branches as a result of recent wind. Called Davey who came to review and estimate in 7 days. They recommended that red maple be trimmed and fertilized to promote new branches and scheduled us 4 weeks out for the work. They showed up on time and trimmed dead wood from red maple and fertilized red maple and service berry trees. They cleaned up the trimmings including those that fell on the neighbors property (They had to jump a fence to do it!). I would recommend Davey to others even though they were somewhat pricey.

Eveything went very well. Trees where trimmed and everything was celaned up.

I try to use Davey for any project I can, including landscape. About a year ago I spent $5,000 with them when they cut down and hauled away a large strand of scrub trees. On this project, as always, they were a treat to work with. My rep, Sean Sponhaltz, is excellent - great follow through, eager to please, and even willing to deal a little. He met with their crew to go over the project at the beginning and came back to check on them at the end. They actually finished a two-day project (we thought) in one day. They used a Bobcat for grading the driveway and a little on digging out the dry creek bed. The crew worked neatly and efficiently. I thought the price was a little high, however there were a ton of rocks and gravel used in this project and that is not cheap!

They are very good. They know what they're doing. My husband used to take care of the trees and shrubs, and he now has Parkinson's disease, so this business helps us with that.

They did a great job. They came out on the week of 08/14/2010 to take care of the two damaged trees and came back on the 19th to trim the three trees.We were not home on their first trip and the had cleaned up so well we did not know they were there here until we noticed the damaged limbs were gone. Our neighbor was also very satisified on how the had cleaned up his tree. Three men came back on the 19th to thinned out the three trees. They were very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up the yard. They performed the job per the contract. I had received estimates from two other companies as well. Davey's estimate was a little higher than the other two but we were very impressed with the Service Rep, Don Wells', detailed explaination of what all they were going to do.

Pine tree branches were hanging too low thus making it difficult for the neighbors to mow their yard. We had Davey's trim branches back. Tree looks great.
