They also do a fall/spring clean up, pond maintenance, and more at the property. We have used at least 6 other companies, and these are by far the best. This company will actually get off the mower instead of running over trash while mowing. They take their time, but are efficient. Their quality is good, and they are very responsive. I had an issue one time, and the owner even came out to talk to me. We having been using them for about 6 years now, and would absolutely recommend them. We have about 25 units.

We’ve recommended them to other people. They’re a good organization. They completely removed a tree, it was pear tree that was a nuisance tree, that was dropping little seed things both in our yard and the neighbor’s yard so we decided to have the whole thing removed. So, they just came out and removed the tree and ground down the stump. They did an excellent job of that. I remember that we had no qualms about whatever they charged and we thought it was appropriate for the work that they had done.

Arborist came out within 2 days diagnosed the problem and went over my options. Found a replacement tree and also went over preventive measures available to keep the new tree healthy. Work crew arrived as promised dug out the sick tree and planted the new one. Mulched the tree and even put the soaker strip in place for me. Did a great job of cleaning up the area too.

They are good. I don't remember what the cost was on top of my head. It varies with what they do out here. That was more expensive than usual, but we had them do a lot more than we normal do.

After they came to do the work on a Friday, the tree pruning and bush shaping seemed satisfactory, but the bush that was supposed to be moved was still in the same place. I was very frustrated. The bush was moved when I came home from work on Monday. Maybe a different crew did the bush?? The salesman left a message to answer the messages I left on Friday and Sunday, but neither apologized nor explained why the bush wasn't moved until Monday. Also, a tree branch remained where their truck had been parked. Your crew should pull forward and make sure no branches are under the truck. In addition, I went to their website to leave the feedback above and it wouldn't allow me to submit my feedback.

The Davey representative looked at the tree and quoted a price. He said they could get to the job in the next few days. I left my house for an hour and I returned to find Davey staff pruning my tree. What a wonderful surprise! They said they were in the area and were told I had requested ASAP service... wow, was this ASAP. I was able to get my spring clean-up and mulching completed the following weekend.

We feel the tree is looking better. They are very professional and we would highly recommend them.

It was very good. I have no comparison on the price. We believed that Angie's List would give us a good price, so we went that way.

The work was preformed as expected and took less then an hour.

They cut less down than what I wanted from the tree, but they said it was better for the tree so, they're the experts - I leave them. They did a quick job, a good job. The worst part, I found some - not really damage but some part of the roof because they had to jump on the roof to cut come branches that were misplaced, let's say that. I remember I was satisfied with them with the price, and I browsed around and I asked a few, so I think the price was very fair. I gave them a B for quality because that thing on the roof, the minor damage, could have been avoided probably. Their responsiveness was good; I remember the main interview and then they came after a few days or so. It was good responsiveness.

They were very quick and professional.

We had a great experience with them. They were prompt, cleaned up the debris after they took the tree down. Then they came back to do the tree stump. They did a very good job with that and cleaned up all of that debris as well. Very friendly, you know they did their job and didn't bother anybody.

They did a great job. A little more expensive but did a great work.

I did not use them for any service. Probably what impressed me the most was how prompt they were at getting me a quote.

The crew of three (the crew leader was Carlos) arrived precisely on time as agreed. They worked extremely diligently all day, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, to remove a fifty-foot pear tree directly next to the house as well as six thirty- to forty-foot dying ash trees and a sixty-foot elm tree near the back of the house. Two locust trees were heavily pruned to balance each canopy. The work was done very skillfully and professionally. Most impressive was their ability to drop large trees, log by log, without touching anything of value near each tree. After using the chipper on all the branches and logs, the crew cleaned up the yard and left no traces of the dead trees. All in all, an excellent day's work from a hard-working crew!

I?ve got this one gigantic Sugar Maple in my yard that I?m trying to save. I?m sure they added a few more years to the life of that tree with the work they did. They were good too. I don?t remember how much they charged, but they did a good job. They were professional, knowledgeable, they told me about the other trees, ?I?ve got about 5 trees on my lot? and what kind of service they would need. When I get around to doing that, I?m going to call them again.

The Davey Tree Experts are excellent. They are actually working with me right now. It has to be four or five weeks in between. I've already got them lined up to come back in the spring to do some planting. It was really very good. They are efficient. They cleanup well. They are very professional. They keep you abreast of what they're doing. They don't just come in and talk amongst themselves. They let you know what they are doing.

They are so professional, excellent and even made a follow up about the work that they've done. And they cleaned their work place after the job was done.

So far it looks great, I haven't seen any growth. I'll be using them again for this coming season.

Terrible experience. First, they didn't respond in a reasonable time. Then when I did get a call and explained what I wanted done, the Customer Service member referred the call to someone else. The fellow never did return a call. It's as if they were totally not into working with the situation.

They were careful around the shrubbery. They cleaned up all the wood they had to cut. They had a very good Arborist named Mr. White who knows the trees that can tell you what is wrong with it or whats right with it.

They came out, told me they were here, did their thing and left. The best part is I think they have real arborists that work for them rather than giving some guy a ladder and a chain saw. I think they train all of their workers and do an excellent job. When they are done they clean up all their mess and run it through the grinder. They come back the next time I call. I guess the worst experience I had with them was I asked them to come out and trim a small oriental tree. The fellow they had come out and I did not see eye to eye on how to trim it. I told him to stop right there and I would call my representative, Brian, that I always talk with. We got it resolved easily enough, but he was going to trim it a lot harsher than I wanted it trimmed. There was not any problem. He quit and sent another fellow out who trimmed it up so everything is good. Their price is reasonable and sometimes you get what you pay for. They have trained personnel who know what they are doing. Brian was out here in 25-30 minutes when I had the disagreement about trimming the oriental tree. They usually call me in advance to let me know it is time for a particular service. They are prompt about coming out here.

We actually have a contract with them to do regular treatment for our emerald ash borer for our tree. They come every year in the Spring. So far so good. It is just a chemical treatment they inject and our tree is still alive. What stands out to me is the responsiveness and professionalism, because it is a large business, it is not some little guy on a truck running around saying he is going to treat your tree. We are kind of going with their national reputation and so far that is exactly what they have sort of provided. Reliable and professional service.
