I think they did fine, they started out by removing some shrubs that needed to be taken care of, that was a couple of years ago, and then we liked that service, so later we called to have some other back trees taken care of and they did a good job, they were fast and quick, it looked really nice at the end, and we decided to go and have their lawn care service, they were fine.

They didn't trim enough. I normally have my trees done every 4 years. It hasn't been really 2 since Davey did them. I wasn't satisfied with their work. I've used them for a number of years.

They did what they said. It was quite a bit of money, so I won't use them again. They were too high. I think I got a trainee instead of an expert. The tree is okay.

They did a fine job. They don't have the best communications. That would be my biggest complaint.

This healthy beautiful tree is on the edge of my property. It is a double tree joined at the base and as it goes up leans slightly in both directions. My neighbor wanted to trim the part that leaned her way because she doesn't like to clean up leaves. I only agreed to this to be a good neighbor and because where she wanted it cut was way up and you would have to look up to see the cut. So when I signed the contract that said the tree was to be cut at the agreed upon spot, I specifically wrote underneath that under no circumstances was the tree to be cut anywhere but the agreed upon spot. They cut the tree 10-12 feet below that mark. They told my neighbor that there was a disease spot further down so they cut it to there. And they said that I was home and they thought about checking with me but then didn't. So they violated the contract and didn't speak to me. My husband and I climbed up the tree and looked at the cut. This tree had no disease whatsoever and was solid wood all the way through. This was a case of making the cut where it was more convenient for them, regardless of contract. This disaster can not be fixed.

Kevin came within a few days of us calling to give us an estimate. We were to sign & mail it back if we wanted to proceed, which we did. We called to confirm after about a week, and the office told us they would schedule once they got the estimate in, and it would be about 3 weeks. They actually came in one week. We were having the stumps removed so we could widen our driveway, and the driveway guy said they needed to be ground down further than Davey normally would do, but they did that for us no problem, and didn't charge any extra. They did exactly what they said for exactly the price they quoted, and early. We are very satisfied.

They were great. The cleanup was excellent. You'd never know they were even in the yard. There were no chips or anything.

I keep going back to them because they are capable of doing their work and exactly what I what, they are very professional. They have well trained staff and I will continue using them in the future.

It was fine. Bill Davey comes around and inspect the work and gives his opinion about what we need done on the tree. So he is personal. The price is fair. I guess I want it to be cheaper.

They were a great company. They did a good job. I think they are pretty reasonable, they have to go up in some pretty big trees. I would recommend them.

They're great. I've used them maybe three times. Their price is good. They did quality work and were responsive. They cleaned everything up.

They did great. I have more trees, probably, on my lawn, than most anyone in Columbus. I bet I have 20 trees. They did a very excellent job. Their price was really less than I thought it would be. They went up behind the house to trim a lot of evergreens and other branches that are 10 feet higher than the house. They trimmed this one tree right in front of the house so that there would be more sunlight in that area. Then they removed some of the dead branches that were getting ready to fall down. They did a really good job. I think it was a good price; I have had people do far less for more. I rarely have had anyone do more for less. They helped show me some things that I need to get taken care of that I did not even realize were there. I have had this house for 25 years and one of my big branches was missing when I moved in. I did not think anything of it and put some stuff on it to keep it from deteriorating faster. They found that it was filled with carpenter ants so there is no way to save this tree at this point, but what that meant was, if it fell it was going to fall right on the garage. They are very fast and very good. They will always give you a good estimate of the time they can make it. They are right in there on that. They really know their business and really know trees, shrubs and all that stuff. I have also used them in the past.

They've done it several times. They were great. We used them more than once.

It was fine. I've used them for 21 years.

It went very well. They are thorough and they are willing to take calls if you have questions. They answer all your questions appropriately and fully. The only thing I thought wrong is that they are very expensive but I think they did an excellent job.

They did a good job and when we had an issue with the neighbors they came out right away and took care of it. He followed through when they said they were going to. They are reasonably price in comparison to other tree companies that we have had and they are very professional. We will continue to have them do some more work here. We highly recommend them.

They get the highest marks on everything possible. Their workers are incredibly knowledgeable on whatever aspects whether the arborists that come out to assess and evaluate or the men who will come out to do the application whether it's treating the trees or tree removal.

The Davey Tree Expert did an excellent job. The cost wasn't that much, I thought that it was fairly reasonable. First of all when they came out they were very polite and explained everything that they were going to do. They hauled away all sorts of debris. My yard wasn't left in a mess or anything. They just did an excellent job and in fact I will be calling them again this fall to do trimming.

It was not too bad. It was pricey but they did okay.

Everything is fine with them. They've done work for us for at least 10 years.

I've been with them for years so I guess I am satisfied. I use them every year from January to December. They do a great job. I'm paid by the year. I'm a very happy customer. They've done great. They are a little bit more expensive than others but they do better work.

I would give them an A. It was fair. I was very pleased with their service.

They were good. They did a nice job. They cleaned up very well and everything was exactly as it should be.

We've had Davey Tree for years. I am not currently having them because it had just become so expensive. I have nothing but good things to say about them except that I think they are a little expensive.
