The services went well. As of today I do not see any leaks.

They were prompt and very courteous. Though I wasn't at home the gentleman took pictures and sent them to me via text message of before and after all the caulking and repair work completed.

Took a few days to connect after the purchase which was fine as I was not in a rush. We set the appointment. Men arrived on time, did thorough inspection, nailed down several loose shingles. Made some recommendations. Professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased.

Roof was fine, but Bryce suggested new boots for the 2 stacks because they were old and cracking. He came back the following week and replaced the boots.

We had some leaks in our roof but wasn't sure how the water was getting through our newer roof. The Summit rep determined that the water was coming through a few bad areas in our siding and referred us a siding company, although that company never made contact with us directly.

Summit did a fantastic job! I can't say enough about our experience, very friendly staff, great crew, had the roof replaced in under five hours and were completely on budget.

The initial appointment revealed that flashing on the front of our roof needed to be replaced. Summit did a good job but the flashing did not sit as flush with the house as I had hoped for. When I discussed this with Jason at Summit, he proactively offered to replace with new, thicker flashing. After the second round, the flashing is smooth and flush on the brick. What separates Summit from other contractors I have worked with is their willingness to do what it takes, even a do-over, to make things right. I highly recommend Summit for roofing services.

They came out and did something. I'm not likely to use them.

Did a good job, worked professionally and explained work being done and future maintenance recommendations. On time work as promised, no problems. Would and will hire again for future roof work.

The job went well, but the communication could have been better. At the end of the day, I would have them back, but with Jason, the owner leading the way.

Very good. Had evidence on internal ceiling of a roof leak. Not clear from where. Bought coupon for a roof inspection, inclusive of minor repair. Representative showed up as scheduled, inspected call spaces to look for evidence of water leak. Did thorough roof inspection and assessment. Caulked a number of nail holes, repaired some damaged shingles, checked flashing, etc. Provided assessment indicating roof had about 7-10 years additional life; did not pressure for needless replacement. Provided rough estimate in response to my request for an indication what a roof replacement may cost.

They were communicating, and they came out and did the inspection. They did the fixes and they were good.

I called for an estimate, which I was very happy with and made arrangements to start work. It was only four days between setting up the estimate and having the work completed. It looked so bad I assumed all of the trim needed replaced. Bryan came to do the estimate and told me most of the problem was only paint. When most companies would continue to let you think that to make more money, his honesty saved me a ton of money. The work they did looks amazing and is definitely worth it. They were proffesional, knowable, fast, friendly and clean. My yard looks like they were never here. It looks so amazing, I've had three neighbors ask for Summits contact info and I know one of those is having Summit replace their gutters right now.

Completed my roof in one day. 7:30 am until 7:30 pm. Looks excellent. Appears to be a quality job. Cleanup was very good. Very prompt and courteous. 30 year shingle warranty and 15 year labor.

I purchased a roof maintenance package because I have 3 or 4 shingles that appeared to need either sealed or nailed, they are just slightly displaced. Included in this package was "a roof inspection, minor roof repairs, caulking up to 15 exposed nail heads on flashing, resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans, vents and chimney flashing up to four penetrations and resealing up to 5 shingles and etc" . When I scheduled the appointment I asked if the work would be done that day or if they were just coming to see exactly what needed to be done and return later. I was told that the work would be done at the time of my appointment on 4/22/16 at 10 am. When he person arrived they did not look like they were ready to do repairs and I did not see a ladder in the truck. He asked me my areas of concern and I showed him to two areas on the front roof. He said that the coupon only included a pitch of 6/12 and mine looked higher so he would have to have a second person assist him. (The coupon does state that above 6/12 may included additional charges.) So he stated this could be done in about 20 minutes and he would return in 2 hours. When he returned with the second person, still no ladder in the pick up truck, they both just walked around looking at the roof, then informed me that the shingles needed to be replaced and of course would be a different color than the rest of the roof, that the decking may need to be replaced and the chimney flashing needed to be removed and replaced at an estimated cost of $1270.00. So I was then told to call and get a refund for the coupon I had purchased and to contact them if I wanted the other work done. Needless to say I was shocked that the simple repair was not done, that they appeared to have had no intent to honor the coupon as they had no ladder or tools with them to do so. My husband and I feel that they used the coupon purchase as an opportunity for them to come out and get more business for profit.

I actually signed up "last minute". Considering all the high winds we've had recently, and the fact that the roof is 16 yeas old, I wanted to make sure I'd have no surprises. So I signed up on Saturday. Almost immediately I got a response on my Angie's List page. Called them on the following Tuesday. They sent Matt out that day. Very personable and professional. He inspected the roof, found a missing ridge shingle (and replaced), cracked vent boot (replaced), and noticed front gutters were not properly draining. We discussed his findings and the potential longevity of the roof and how long before replacement is necessary (2-5 years). I was also given a written copy of the 26 point inspection results. I asked for an estimate to replace the front gutters, which I expect to receive within a couple of days, and will likely hire them for this replacement. I felt I was given an honest assessment with no attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. I would definitely hire them again, and will certainly consider them when it's time to replace the existing roof.

Jason Kear, and his Assistant, Brian, arrived as per my revised schedule (following a week of one emergency after the other, for me!), with smiling faces and cheerful professionalism. They went right to work and performed a total 2-man inspection of the entire roof, including all vent pipes and their flashings, taking digital photos of their findings; and, immediately after making me aware of their findings and obtaining my approval for their proposed resolution, which I happily gave, they made ALL repairs - including repairing the hole left by the removal of the bullet. (still shaking my head over that little eye-opener) Jason then showed me the "After" pictures of the completed repair sites, showed me the bullet he had removed from the one shingle involved, and gave me a free Written Estimate for new Gutters & Downspouts. They did not leave anything undone, nor did they leave any thing behind or in a mess when they left. This was a totally happy experience, from beginning to end, and I will definitely be using their services in the future. What a delight to have met Jason and Brian, both, and feel the confidence and security I now feel in my home, thanks to them and their thorough and efficient work, today. Gentlemen were very professional, showed up on time and let me know the state of my roof (no problems). Was good for peace of mind.

They came on time and were very polite. They explained what they were going to do and checked back in with me on each step. There was a missing shingle and I had some spares so they were able to match the existing ones. If they had not checked in with me they might not have been able to match so well. They even put up a piece of siding that had fallen off. I was very impressed with them and would recommend them to everyone. I thought they might try to sell me a new roof but they were very honest and said it had some life yet. If you need a new roof these are your guys! Sue

Summit was able to come out the same day I called them to help me with my water leak. The project manager Bryan was very nice and very helpful. Thus far I am very pleased and I would recommend to others.

Jason and his crew were out on time and in fact a wee bit early! He is very professional and courteous. The work was done as arranged and he even re-nailed a couple fascia boards for us! He was prompt to respond, polite and a good communicator! He called to reconfirm the appointment! They picked up after themselves when done! The ONLY thing I was not excited about was we personally ask all handymen and any company to park on the street due to my surgeries as well as not wanting the driveway stained, but as soon as I pulled in he ASKED us if we wanted him to move his truck! VERY PROFESSIONAL ~ WOULD USE AGAIN!!

From scheduling to completion of work it couldn't have gone better. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. Very helpful roof inspection, with photographs, to show me areas of possible concern. They also went above and beyond by reattaching gutter that had come loose and even cleaned some of the gutters that were quite dirty. I would highly recommend Summit for any gutter and roofing needs.
