Brice did a fantastic job. We are having the owner come back out for an estimate on some repair to the vinyl siding.

Initially, it took them awhile to set up an appointment with me because of the weather. When they did set an appointment with me, there was snow, so I knew that they wouldn't show, but was not contacted to set up another appointment. Out of the blue, on 1/11, Bryce calls me and says he is in the neighborhood and can be at my house in 15 minutes. I basically needed what was on the coupon done. Bryce showed me a picture on his phone where he caulked around a pipe over my kitchen, and resealed a few exposed nails, and said he resealed some shingles. He gave me no service report or receipt. My mortgage company said I have some raised shingles that need to be taken care of and some shingles are still visibly lifting. I have called Bryce on 1/17 and all he said was that he would be back by to check it out. My main issue is the unprofessionalism and the point that he did not tell me I needed additional work. I asked if the roof was good and he replied yes.

He gave a fair assessment with pictures, good explanation. Did not try to sell me services I did not need.

Good clear explantion of maintianence needed

It went Great, I signed up for their 26 point roof inspection report. Very professional and polite, provided pictures and answer all questions. They found nothing wrong except some very minor issues. They cleaned out all my gutters and made minor repairs. I would Highly recommend them again and refer to others.

We selected this company based on Angie's List reviews. We did not get the same A experience that other customers received. The company replaced our roof - no problems there other than doing the work a week later than promised. The interior ceiling repairs and painting were of very high quality, but again not completed when promised. The gutters were a whole different story. The first problem was noticed when they were originally installed. The contractor did some real shoddy work on the front porch area of our house that had to be repaired by another person. The second contractor was able to rectify the problem. Fast forward about 4 months - we noticed that there were a lot of leaves accumulating on the roof and in the gutters. When we had a gentlemen offer to clean our gutters - we took him up on it. It was a good thing we did - there were no gutter guards installed! We are now seeking a refund from the company as we do not want them to do additional work on our home.

Jason and his team are awesome! They worked quickly, totally cleaned everything up before they left (which was really important to me because I have kids and dogs who could step on nails) and they were competitively priced. Even if they had been more expensive than the other bids though, I would have hired Summit Builders to install the roof because they were so easy to work with. Jason always called me or emailed me back immediately and even came back to touch up the roof after an electrician readjusted the mast.

Responsive, thorough, and professional and a detailed inspection report was provided for the service. I would hire them again.

Really well. They took pictures while on the roof and sealed some items that weren't done when I had the roof replaced. They even cleared out an area of the gutter.

It turned out very well. They did a nice job. I will probably use them to do the roof when I need it.

Very professional and thorough. Jason and his assistant were attentive and efficient. Pictures were provided to illustrate problem areas and the work performed. I paid the $99 for the special and that was it. There were no fear tactics or marketing of additional products or services. I'm very appreciative of the service performed and will recommend the company to relatives and friends.

What they identified was a bunch of damage on the roof and then they said come back out with your insurance agent and then it just went down hill from there because the first insurance agent said there was damage and they were gonna fix it but then the insurance agent and the got into an argument because the owner came out and argued with our insurance agent about some misunderstanding they had and offended the insurance agent and then the insurance agent denied the claim and then the roofers wrote a like rebuttal that they asked us to sing and we did and then the insurance people still said no we're not paying for it and then I said to Summit Roofing okay so what do we do now and they never returned my call.

This was fine. They were very knowledgeable, punctual and concise. I just thought their estimate was a little bit high. Other than that I think they were a good company.

I bought a $99 roof tune-up thru Angies List, which promised that someone would go up on the roof and perform small repairs. When the man came, he said that the roof pitch was too steep to qualify for the deal, that one pipe boot needed to be replaced, and that the roof was in "bad shape." He arranged to refund the $99, but wanted $550 to inspect and do repairs. AND he wanted half of that before he would schedule an appointment. He also refused to leave a written estimate. We contacted another roofer and learned that a pipe boot costs about $15 for materials and that we needed two replaced. We had the boots and all other necessary repairs completed for a few hundred dollars less. The other roofer gave us an estimate and did not request ANY money up front.

Prompt and professional help, with a friendly clear explanation of services that were provided. No up-selling; only what was required. I will DEFINITELY use this company again for any roofing needs!

I called insurance company and their contractor took a look and determined that faulty workmanship is the cause for the roof leak but I didn't have any roof work recently. Therefore, I called Summit Building and Roofing contractor-Ty to take look. He came to my house in the same day I called. He was so professional and found out the cause was my second floor window didn't have window flashing and the drywall was damaged. Next day, he spent couple hours to replace my drywall and put the window flashing. Also, he checked my other windows if they had the same problem for no charge. I would recommend my friends!

They were very good. Very professional. I really appreciate the work that they did. They're very honest and outright. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. They didn't tell me that my roof needs to be replaced. I liked their honesty and the service of the work they did. They were very quick to schedule. The reason we put off too long was because my wife and I--nothing on their end--were busy. They were out the next day. They were very prompt with the time they're gonna show up. The estimate they gave us for a new roof was way less than I would've thought they would give. Very professional.

It went well. We had heavy rain last week with no leak. They caulked the holes they found and that seemed to work. They took pictures of before the job. I just wish they would have taken pictures after so that I know they did the job versus us just lucking out on any leaks during the rain since it was an intermittent problem.

don't know yet, just know Angieslist charged me, then Bryce Condon came here and charged me again,,,payed 2 times for one job !!!
