Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for plumbing work because 1 toilet was making a lot of noise when it was flushed and it closed too quickly. Before the plumbers arrived, a faucet started dripping, so there were 2 items to take care of. Mr Summers fixed the leaky faucet, but in the process the valve broke when he tried to turn off the water,so he had to run to Home Depot for a valve. When he worked on the toilet, a similar valve problem resulted in another trip to Home Depot. He found a piece of rubber caught in the water line that was causing the noise. He replaced the flushing mechanism; however, the too quick flushing is still a problem, so I must hold down the handle.

He showed up on time with all the right tools and parts. He was very professional and friendly. He also explained everything he was doing before during and after the job. Everything was cleaned up before he left. I was very happy with the job performed and the price.

They were late for appointments. They overcharged me for services. The son, who is apparently training, took a long time to review the issue, then went to truck to get his father who quickly assessed the problem. They needed additional screws, so not only did they charge me for the time it took them to travel back and forth to Lowes, but also charged me a $25 gas fee for a 5 mile round trip visit. To top it all off, they put the valve on wrong, so the valve indicating cold is running hot water and the valve indicating hot water is running cold.

Our primary objective is to do all that we can to exceed your expectations, and there is no limit to what we are willing to do in that attempt. We have tried to follow-up with you several times to find out how we can earn the opportunity to rectify any misunderstandings and more than anything else make sure that your fixture is functioning as the manufacturer intended it to. Please know that we sent a licensed, bonded, and insured plumber that has over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential plumbing and that the teammate that was accompanying him was simply there in a supportive capacity. When installing custom fixtures such as the one that was installed for you it's impossible to know exactly what parts are included and which ones are going to be needed until we have seen the fixtures, the parts that were provided by the manufacturer, and the installation site because every home has been engineered and built differently. Our trucks travel with anywhere from $5,000-10,000.00 worth of hardware, material, and parts every day, but there are still situations that require parts that we don't have on the trucks and that's why we have accounts set up with all of the major suppliers in town. The supply houses warehouse millions of fixtures, fittings, and materials, but due to the vastness of the variances in construction and the uniqueness of the manufacturers' designs, even they sometimes have to order things that we need to get jobs completed that they don't have in stock. No company can travel with everything in the suppliers warehouse so it's common to have to go and get parts, but OUR company, (unlike many others), doesn't charge any trip charges or additional fees to go and get parts, and you were not charged anything for the trip to go get charges. We are happy to review the invoice with you together at your convenience. Our customers always reserve the option to go and purchase their own parts as an alternative, but most would rather have us go and get them since it's included in their service call. We also try very hard to create realistic time frames for getting to jobs and completing them, but as in this case it often doesn't work out that way. There's just no exact method for estimating the flow of traffic, whether or not all of the parts and equipment will be on the truck, or how difficult it will be to access the plumbing that needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced. We do our very best everyday to provide the fastest most affordable plumbing services in Ohio. We don't consider ourselves a plumbing company, we consider ourselves neighbors, and residents in the community that have special skills that allow us to be useful and helpful. Without the other members of our community there would be no need for our services, so we keep that fact near and dear to our hearts and always do our best. We are disappointed that you are dissatisfied and genuinely hope that you see this response and that you reach back out to us so that we can work together to make you a raving fan of our service. Project completed in a timely manner. No leaks / Shannon works clean and is very knowledgeable. If I have another plumbing issue, I would hire him again and urge any who want an excellent plumber to do the same.
Description of Work: Shannon has provided plumbing services to me on more than one occasion. Most recently he completed installation of service lines, bathroom fixture and shower head in our second bathroom. On an earlier occasion this year he removed the old and installed a new flush toilet in our second floor master bathroom as well as replacing shower head. Project completed in a timely manner. No leaks / Shannon works clean and is very knowledgeable. If I have another plumbing issue, I would hire him again and urge any who want an excellent plumber to do the same.
