Contacted Summers Mechanical to repair numerous items in my home that included replacing the sump pump, fixing my toilet that would not running, repairing a gas leak and fixing the fireplace that was not working. Shannon came out and gave me an estimate of the total cost of the job. He repaired all the worked that needed to done to my home all within a 48 hours in which he reassured me that he would.He was very professional, friendly and respectful. Shannon provided me with top-notch service all for a suitable price that fit well within my budget. I would highly rater Summers Mechanical Service with an A+ rating. I would also recommend Summers Mechanical for residential and commercial plumbing and other maintenance services.

Summers Mechanicals did an exceptional job and went above and beyond what I expected. The turnaround time from start to finish was perfect. I definitely would use this company again for any related plumbing issues in my home. Give this company a try you honestly will not be disappointed!

The service was fine. It was as expected. When we made the appointment, they said that they would be here at a certain time and then, they did not show up. We had to call them and they were about four hours late. There were other charges to the Big Deal cost for supplies. When they got here, they had to leave and go get supplies and then, come back.

They were average. They were nice guys but didn't really do what I thought they would do. They just seem really disorganized. Two guys working on one faucet, it took a couple of hours and it is still dripping.

It told me it was something and it was something totally different. He told me I needed new pipes and got a quote from that. I called my home warranty company. It was not that and I needed the floor in my basement and unstopped it that way. They did not give me the right information. What he said was the problem was not the problem, that I did not like.

Shannon and Jay were efficient. Replaced and repaired a couple of faucets. Great job.

Shannon and another plumber, John arrived 10 minutes after the agreed time but went to work promptly. they used foot covers to protect our floors and carpeting. They were able to remove the stoppers and drains in a double vanity as well as stop the leak in a drain pipe under one of the vanities. They worked quickly and left no mess! Done in about an hour and I was quite pleased with the results. I would definitely use Summer Mechanical LLC again.

I purchased a special for $49.00 for a Service Call, and $50.00 that went towards any work. After I purchased this, I received an email asking when I'd be available for them to come out. I gave a couple of dates and times, but didn't hear back from that by weeks end. I gave them a call Monday, March 7,2016, and spoke to Shannon, who said that he would come out on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 9:00am. Shannon arrived at 8:45am on Tuesday, and took a look at my toilet. He told me exactly what was wrong, and had everything fixed within 10 minutes. He was very professional, and kind. My only complaint is with the pricing. I'm not sure if this is through Angie's List, or Summers Mechanical. There are some fees that were not disclosed in the add, that I believe should have been there. That's the reason I gave them a C. Other than that, I would recommend Summers Mechanical to everyone!!! Great Job!!!

Appt set for 8:00 AM. Did not hear from them until 8:20 AM and they said they would be late due to working on another job, Arrived at 9:25 AM Did not have the part and had to go get one. A flusher valve. Finished job at 10:30 AM. Instead of draining the water left in the tank after turning the water off and flushing it, they let it run out on my hardwood floor. They did suck most of it up with a sweatshirt. Not very professional and will not sue again

They had to cut a hole in the ceiling because mechanicals are all on the second floor. They were reluctant and careful in the cut, but found no major plumbing issues.

They were just a little late, but not bad for contractors who are notorious for not being punctual. The plumbers were nice but had "hygiene problems" and even though they put booties on, there was still clumps of dried mud in the rooms they walked through, No damage was caused by the clumps,, just swept them up. I was VERY glad they didn't try to "up-sell" me or to fix things that didn't need fixing. It was one of Angies Big Deal Promotions.

The access panel looks great and we have no leaks. He did a great job and we will certainly use him in the future!

The plumber was late the first date and explained that he was tied up on the previous job that took much longer than anticipated. We rescheduled for the next day and he showed up first thing in the morning. He quickly fixed the leaking sink faucet and a commode that was loose on its base. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely call them again.

Shannon was very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Highly recommended!

Two men arrived from Summers at 1pm. I showed them where the leak was coming through the drywall downstairs (2 foot hole). We went to the upstairs toilet. It took them only about 25 minutes to fix the toilet. There was no water or mess to clean up. They were very courteous and I was very happy since this leak has been going on for months . They were gone in less than an hour. Wish I had them come out sooner but did not know who to call.

They were punctual, very professional, courteous and wore protective gear on their shoes so as not to soil the floor. They provided a clear understanding of the problem and solution. They performed top quality work and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and will plan to use their services again when I'm ready to perform the next repair for which they provided an estimate.

The first clue I had that this wasn't going to be a good experience was that after I purchased the deal, it took a week and after a couple of emails and an inquiry from Angie's List (I'm not sure if they contacted the company, but they did contact me) before I heard from the company. They did arrive on time but they only spent 10-15 minutes working on my drain before leaving and the drain was still clogged. I feel they did not put enough effort into fixing my problem. I had even asked that if they had time left in the hour I had purchased, could they fix a leaky faucet. They did not do this either. I definitely feel that this company did not care enough about my business to do a decent job or even to put a little effort into fixing my problem.

1/3/16 Purchased a 59.00 Big Deal from Summers Mechanical through Angie's List. 1/7/16 Contacted by Shannon via email about scheduling because Angie's List requested. 1/7/16 Submitted info for service dates. No response. 1/11/16 Contacted Shannon. No communication skills whatsoever. He scheduled me for Thursday 1/14 @8 AM. I asked if he would like my information ... he advised me he already had it. 1/14/16 No appearance at 8 AM. Contacted Shannon @9 AM. He acted surprised and advised me he had forgotten my appt. He double talked and tried to reschedule for that same day or the next. I asked that he contact me once he completed the job he was working on and we would be able to discuss a new date and time. HE NEVER CONTACTED ME. I contacted Angie's List and requested a refund of my purchase.

We have had a chronic problem with blockage in the drain line from the kitchen. I have previously been able to manage it with my drill auger, but it was too short this time. These fellows actually listened to me, got at the problem and resolved it in short order. It was nice having someone not treat me like a moron, do the work I needed, and not take advantage of trying to peddle something more.

We purchased a bank owned home in February and the general contractor was contracted to repair the plumbing and that didn't happen. We had leaks inside the walls, missing fixtures on the shower and bathtub, a leaking disposal on the wrong side of a double sink in the kitchen, and broken and clogged drain lines going from the house to the main sewage line. It was a lot of work. The technician was kind and assured me that he would be able to address all of our concerns with no problems. Having already paid for this work once i was very concerned and watched their work very closely. After a long hot day all of the work was completed and i was pleased with the cleanliness and professional courtesy my wife and i were addressed with. I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to make sure that we didn't have any additional problems out of their work, and i'm happy to say we haven't. it's hard to find good contractors which is why we are all here. Summers exceeded our expectations in quality and price.

To work, the service man secured the flange, and installed new wax rings. He also replaced all of the guts in the Toilet. I paid for the parts. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. I will use them again on my next plumbing job.

Only time Provider call when i call customer service on september 4,after i called the provider to give them my order number.Got Email on tuesday September 8 from customer service saying that they got a hold of the provider. That same day the provider call told them what had to be done set up appointment on thursday Sept 10 2015 at 8 AM,never called or show up

Service was "fast and friendly". The work looks good and there is no more water leaking from the pipe fittings. I would use this provider again.
