Tony was responsive. Provided written estimate promptly. Got us onto the schedule quickly. Work was very well done. I wasn't home when they did the work, so I cannot comment on personal interaction.

We ordered 1/2 cord of seasoned firewood. The company delivered a little over 1/4 cord (we have pictures). In addition, there were tree branches and rotted wood in the delivery. When I called they said that the branches and rotted wood were extra, and were just thrown in. I said that was impossible because they only delivered 1/4 cord. She said that "industry standard" is wood "loosely stacked." She said they would take care of it and that someone would either call me back or deliver more wood. Since I didn't want to complain if I was wrong, I checked the Franklin County Auditor website, under weights and measures. They regulate firewood. It says a cord should be 4x4x8 "tightly" stacked, not "loosely stacked" as the company represented to me. Since it was slightly over 1/4 and I ordered 1/2, this wasn't even close. I hadn't heard from them in 4 days (this included the weekend). I called back. I got a machine and specifically asked that I wanted to talk to the person who manages the firewood. That I thought I hadn't gotten enough wood and I thought some of the wood was bad. I specifically said that I did not want them to just drop off wood. The next day, someone dropped off more wood, and I have not spoken with anyone from the company. We then started using the wood. They say it is "seasoned firewood," but it doesn't burn well. The wood looks very green to me, but I am not an expert in wood. I have, however, been buying wood for over 20 years and I have never had wood that burns this badly.

I didn't use them. I got four estimates and they were close to the people that I used. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I used a company that matched the price and even did better.

The guy comes out does an amazingly good job and his pricing is efficient. He is a precision trimmer and I don’t have to worry about anything falling on anything. He drops the tree exactly where he intended to be. He is thorough and does exactly what I ask him to do and there is never a question to ask him to come back and do anything else. He cuts the trees down and cuts them up and takes them wherever I want him to. He also has a stump remover if I want the stump to be removed. He repairs the yard after he is finished and his cleanup is exceptional as well. I have referred him to many people.

They're very reliable. They do a good job, and they're incredibly affordable. It is consistant, they usually send the same guys every week, so I can kind of expect who is coming. When it is dry out for example, instead of just mowing my lawn and charging me for it, they'll ring my doorbell and ask if I want them to mow this week or not. My only complaint is that when I want to talk to someone it is difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I have to leave a message and then someone who may or may not know what is going on will call back. The guys are very accessible when they are actually here.

This company came out to weed and lay mulch in the flower bed areas that they were suppose to weed. I asked them to remove all the old mulch and put down new. They just laid about an inch of black mulch over the old mulch not removing any of the leaves etc. that was there. I really do believe I was ripped off as they didn't do what I asked. The weeding job was terrible. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends.

This company is very hard to get hold of. I had to leave voice mail every time I called. I typically got a call back the same day. They came and did an estimate without an appointment - that wasn't really a problem, but it could have been had I not been there. Once selected, they didn't specify the day they would come - again not a huge problem. I had called after the estimate to add the service of trimming the two trees mentioned above. They came while I was at work. They did a fine job on cutting down the trees, however, I was not happy with the job they did trimming the other two. I called to have them come back and insisted on being home when this was done. They were very nice and apologetic about my concerns and agreed it needed fixed. This person did not remove stumps so someone else needed to come back for that. It was approximately ten days between jobs and I called to remind them it still needed done - I didn't feel I should have had to do that. It was a mess but done fine.

They were very polite and kind. We have used them for the past two years to lay mulch in the beds. We are very pleased with their work.
