Sullivan Yard Service

I have been using Sullivans for years. They always do a great job and their prices are great.

It is difficult to contact the office because the voice mail was full. The delivery was 4 hours late. Some of the wood does not appear to have aged enough.

Not the most seasoned firewood- no grey checked or cracked pieces- recently split high moisture content. It'll be great wood for next year. Nice uniform and consistent sizes. Will use again but will plan accordingly.

Provider missed the first delivery date but did arrange delivery within a day. The firewood was neatly stacked as requested; however, the firewood had not had time to season or dry and is harder to start.

Excellent service. The two you men who delivered the firewood were very polite and stacked the wood exactly where I had requested. Very pleased.

Went smoothly. Ordered via their website and it was delivered a couple of days later. They put the wood on the side of the driveway that I requested. Good quality firewood. I will buy from them in the future.

It was a free quote. They came out when they were supposed to be here and the guy was friendly but the price was pretty high. We set it up and they came out in a timely manner. It wasn't like a week or two weeks later and they were on time when they were here. Those are good things.

Very quick, good quality of firewood

It was excellent. I think the thing I want to commend them on the most was their responsiveness. They were able to come out for an estimate, complete the work, and come in at the lowest price, all on the same day I called.

THEIR ONLINE ORDERING IS VERY CONVENIENT AND THEIR PRICING IS TRANSPARENT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. I PLAN ON ORDERING MORE WOOD IN THE FUTURE FROM SULLIVAN!

They did a terrific job. The wood is a great mix of woods and is well seasoned. The guy who delivered the wood was very polite, on time and very professional. Am very happy with the service.

Received full cord of aged firewood as ordered.

I think I found them through their ad in This Week. They gave us a very good price and did a good job. However when we tried to reach them later for some work at my mother-in-law's, they were very slow to return our call, and this year when we tried to reach them to do some tree removal in our yard, they never returned our call at all. So I am giving them low points on responsiveness and professionalism because of these two incidents, not the work they did for us. If you can actually schedule them, they will do a good job.

They clearly are a legitimate business. They were courteous, they were professional and were on time. When I called them it was very difficult to get a hold of them but when I did they were very responsive, they were very apologetic and when they got up to me they actually delivered extra wood on top of my original order. I wasn't expecting that but that was a nice swap. A lot of communication was via email but in terms of delivering ultimately I got what I needed and when I did speak to somebody they were very professional, very helpful, very concerned that they didn't follow up with me. The man that came here that delivered the wood was a very nice guy and very professional.

They did a great job. Removed a large tree from my front yard. Answered my telephone calls nearly every time I called. Returned my voicemails promptly the few times he didn't answer. The work was completed on time and they did a great job.

No problem although months later discovered some ash.

Seamless from order to delivery. Great guys, seasoned firewood stacked and ready to burn.

They did show up on time, but the firewood was terrible. Not fully seasoned as they state, most of it does not burn. They also stacked it quite loosely and did not provide the half cord they charged me for.

I ordered firewood last winter and it arrived on time. However, most of the firewood was wet and wouldn't easily burn. They did replace half of the wood, but it wasn't much better/drier.

They did a great job. We had just had a big storm and I called multiple tree companies and this was the first company who gave me an estimate. They came out the next day to do the work. They were very timely and friendly and professional. In February they also removed four trees for me.

I initially had reached out by email and did not receive a response. Tony showed up to my home two weeks later to do a walk through. I showed him what needed to be done with the property. He did provide an estimate. He told me that they could do the work at the end of March or the beginning of April. I called to schedule and to ask some questions and did not hear from him. I called again and they apologized as they had gotten busy. They did not show up on the day they were suppose to because they got busy. They did come a couple of days later and do the work. Tony came and did a walk through after the work was done and noticed that some of the work had not been done. He was supposed to come a couple of days later and showed up later in the evening. He left and I could not get him to come back and take care of a few minor things but the work was not completed even though I paid him the first day he came out. He needed to do some runner work. The tree and mulch work looked good but they did leave out some of the work.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Sullivan for firewood and they have not returned my call. their recording suggests going online to order which I did and after most of the way through the ordering it says to contact them for delivery and leaves the same number I had tried to call. I canceled order!

I was satisfied with their work. So far I have spent $50 with them. I have had the work done from a distance so I didn't see their work until 2 weeks after it was done but it looked good. I am not familiar with the local prices here.
