The whole experience was great! Steve's original estimate was very reasonable and he was very patient with us as we modified our original plans. He gave us great advice on things we were trying to do on our own first, and he was good at explaining exactly what and how he would do things if we had any questions. The basement looks fabulous! They did everything but the carpet. We had read so many wonderful reviews about Steve Miller we figured it was probably too good to be true, but we were beyond satisfied. I seriously look forward to the next time we can have him do more work on our house!

The experience was great. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He arrived when he said he would. He completed the job in the time he committed and for the price we agreed upon. In addition, this job took several days, as Steve needed to order a new faucet and overhead light. Steve always cleaned up each day, and nothing was ever out of place. I am very satisfied with this project, and we will use Steve again.

The experience was very good. We had purchased an over-the-stove microwave & we needed it installed. We purchased this microwave along with a range. Our former range/microwave was one piece, so we did not have a separate electrical outlet for the microwave. Steve was able to "fish" a 15a electrical line to the desired location & then installed a 15a receptacle in the cabinet over the range/microwave. He did this very quickly & the installation was done within a few hours. We are very satisfied with Steve's work.

I found Steve on Angie's List and liked him immediately during our first meeting. He was great about communication with us both before the work began and during the project. His response to our concerns or questions was always immediate. Steve was always here when he said he would be and cleaned up at the end of each day. Once he started the project, he did not work on other jobs leaving us with part-time attention. The job turned out better than we could have even imagined. We have a beautiful entertainment space that everyone falls in love with when they come to our home. We feel as though Steve performed our job the same way he would have if he were doing it for himself in his own home. Much care was taken and the attention to detail was incredible. We are thankful to have found Steve and would recommend him in a heartbeat. We will definitely be calling him back for other projects.

Steve did an excellent job. He is always on time, very courteous, and his prices are very fair. Steve's work is very good. He pays attention to detail and is very patient. There were several things we did not have the proper tools to complete the project, this was no problem for Steve, he went to the hardware store and immediately got what we needed. I would highly recommend Steve, he was a pleasure to work with. He truly is multi talented.

Steve is great to work with. He does all the work himself, is prompt, works quietly, & also does a great clean up job. He started when he said he would, and finished when he said he would - and all within budget. His quote for the job was $5,000 less than another quote we received, which didn't include the painting. I would highly recommend Steve Miller for any remodeling project, and would definitely hire him again.

CAME OVER TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON REDOING MY DECK. I HIRED HIM. WITHIN THE WEEK HE SAID THAT HE HAD BEEN HIRED BY THE STATE OF OHIO AND HE WAS NO LONGER GOING TO BE IN BUSINESS. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE BY GETTING A REFERRAL FROM A LUMBER YARD. MOST OF THE COMPANIES ON ANGIE'S LIST DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER WITH REMOVING ROTTED DECK BOARDS AND PUTTING DOWN NEW. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TEARING OUT THE WHOLE DECK AND REPLACING IT.

STEVE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL IN ARRIVING FOR THE INITIAL ESTIMATE AND PERFORMING THE INSTALLATION. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE WAY HE TOOK CARE TO CLEAN-UP HIS WORK AREA. STEVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER MY MANY QUESTIONS. HE PROMPTLY RETURNED TO MY HOME, WHEN I HAD CONCERNS WITH A COUPLE OF TRANSITION STRIPS. HE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION. THE COST OF THE FLOOR INSTALLATION WAS WITHIN MY BUDGET AND WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

STEVE DID REALLY NICE WORK AND SEEMED CONCERNED ABOUT OUR HAPPINESS WITH THE JOB. HE COMPLETED EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE FOR THE DAY. WE NOTICED A PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRIC HEATERS NOT PUTTING OUT HEAT AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. HE CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER WE CALLED HIM ABOUT IT AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM.WE WOULD DEFINETLY HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR OTHER PROJECTS.

STEVE AND HIS BROTHER HAD DONE OUR DECK IN THE LATE SUMMER. HE PROMISED TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE BENCHES/STAIRS, AS WELL AS DO A LIST OF MANY ODDS AND ENDS THINGS THAT NEEDED DONE IN THE HOUSE. HE KEPT HIS PROMISE, DID A GREAT JOB, CHARGING BY THE HOUR, ALWAYS WORKING STEADILY, FINDING THE MOST ECONOMICAL, YET LASTING WAY OF MAKING HIS REPAIRS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE. HE IS FRIENDLY, TRUST WORTHY, MULTI-TALENTED, AND A HARD WORKER.

STEVE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUCTUAL PRIOR TO STARTING THE JOB. HE COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

STEVE STARTED THE JOB ON TIME AND WAS ALWAYS PROMPT. IF IT LOOKED LIKE RAIN HE WOULD CALL TO LET ME KNOW HE WASN'T COMING. STEVE AND JOHN WERE BOTH POLITE, FRIENDLY, HONEST, AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WHEN THEY WEREN'T SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE LUMBER, THEY SENT IT BACK TO THE LUMBAR YARD, DEMANDED BETTER WOOD, AND GOT IT. THAT WAS AT NO COST TO US, BUT REQUIRED MORE WORK AND TIME FOR STEVE & JOHN. THEY PUT IN A FULL DAYS WORK AND RARELY TOOK BREAKS; NOT EVEN FOR LUNCH. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED THE SITE AREA BEFORE LEAVING AND WARNED ME ABOUT ANYTHING THAT I NEEDED TO KEEP MY KIDS AWAY FROM. STEVE FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ESTIMATING MATERIALS NEEDED (ONLY HAVING A FEW BOARDS LEFT OVER). I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE AND HIS BROTHER.

PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. PROJECT COMPLETED ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET. WORKED QUIETLY AND CLEANED UP DAILY. BY FAR THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD AT CLEANING UP. ATTENTION TO DETAIL SHOWS AS NEW WOODWORK BLENDS WITH THE REST OF HOUSE. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE WORK (IT TURNED OUT BETTER THAN IMAGINED) AND LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING HIM INVOLVED IN FUTURE PROJECTS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

HIS WORK IS EXEMPLARY, AND THE AREA WHERE HE WORKED WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN HE BEGAN THE WORK. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CRAFTSMANSHIP WERE SUPERIOR. HE WAS ABLE TO BEAT THE PRICE OF ANOTHER ESTIMATE AND INSTALL A BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT.

WOW! IT'S SUPERLATIVE AND THAT'S AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

STEVE AND HIS CREW WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP EVERY DAY WHEN THEY LEFT THE SITE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND. STEVE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB AND IS EXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT HIS WORK. STEVE ALSO HAD A VERY FAIR PRICE. WE REFERRED STEVE TO A NEIGHBOR AND WOULD USE STEVE AGAIN.

GETTING THE HOUSE READY TO SELL. DOES A GOOD JOB.

I WOULD RECOMMEND STEVE ANYTIME FOR JOBS SIMILAR TO THE TYPE OF WORK HE DID FOR ME. HE DOES OUTSTANDING WORK FOR A REASONABLE PRICE, AND FINISHED THE PROJECT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME WE AGREED UPON.
