It went well. I did have to redirect them because they did not pull out the fridge. They responded and did it also. There was no organizing of anything done. It was just cleaning.

This is a very large 2 car garage and was in total mess in large part due to my health. I asked if they had cleaned and straightened a garage that was any worse and the answer was NO. They really did a good job considering the mess it was in. Thanks so much.

They did not come on the original scheduled date. I had left the company my phone number and I waited for hours until I finally called Angie's List. Angie's List contacted they company and Spotless Home Cleaners LLC called me and left me a message stating that she was sorry and that her car had broke down. We set up another appointment and they did come. It was for the kitchen only. They did a good job of moving things and getting under the appliances. I have never had anyone come before, but when they moved the stove, the pilot light went out and also a part on the bottom of the refrigerator came off and my neighbor had to come over and fix it. I noticed someone wiping my dishes with a rag so I told them to just go ahead and clean the cabinets and not to worry about wiping down every dish as I did not know where the rag had been. I never heard anything else from them and I walked in to ask about billing, but they had already left without saying anything. Other than that, the floor and everything was clean. It also would be nice if they would make sure that they put the shelves back in the oven as they were before and also in the refrigerator as I could not figure out why it would not close correctly.

It would have been easier to communicate if they were english speaking .... and though they cleaned it wasn't a deep cleaning and I still had to go back and scrub further. But for the money, I'm OK.

Purchased a deal for $89 for cleaning of home windows inside/out as well as screens. Was pleased with price offer and responsiveness when I ordered. Easy to schedule. I guess I expected a little more. Basically, 2 younger people who spoke little English, showed up with a bucket and some windex. They did a fairly good job but forgot the outside of one of my windows and left it uncleaned and screen was left out. They spent about an hour and 15 mins here and I have about 20 windows and 2 sliding doors. Glad I didn't have to do it but likely won't use again.

I bought the big deal for my parents. It was clearly stated in communication thru angies list the address where service was to be preformed. The crew showed up at the billing address. When they called me, it was difficult to understand them and they didn't understand what I was saying. I finally texted them the address, they were 15 min. away but it took them 35 min.and several phone calls to get to correct place. The language barrier was a major problem. Once they arrived, they did a great job.

Purchased this service on 09/18/2013,set up date and time with provider,confirmed time and date with provider on day service was to be performed and was told every thing was ok accept they would have to move the time back by one and one half hours, told them this was fine. Provider failed to show at all and I was not notified until almost noon the next day.

They showed up 45 minutes late. did most most windows and forget two main family room windows (inside and outside). The wife didn't even know they came. He also left without even telling me he was done. Would not waste my money again on them.

No work was done. Work was scheduled for October.

It went very well. It was cleaned very well. There were a couple of parts that they missed but I didn't realize it til after they left. It was my fault because I didn't really inspect before they left. It was very good and I would do it again. They were here for three and a half hour. They missed the drawer that comes out from under my stove. I understood that they were supposed to do the walls up to where they could stand. They didn't do the walls at all. Maybe I'm wrong about that but that's what I remember. It wasn't a big job. I did like them. I asked them for a quote on my living room. It seemed to be kind of high on a one-time cleaning. We had to change a couple of times and they were very responsive about that.

We corresponded through Angie's List Messaging to set up the appointment and they arrived on time the day of service. For the most part, the work performed was satisfactory with the exception of some streaks on a few outside windows. They neflected to clean the outside of thr two (2) exterior windows in the master bedroom at the back of the house. I didn't notice this until later in the day after they had left. I sent a message through Angie's Messaging and informed them that two windows on the second floor had not been cleaned and asked them to schedule their crew to return and complete the work. I followed up with another message 2 days later and still have not had a response from them. If these windows were not on a second floor, I would have cleaned them myself as the price for the work was very reasonable. I am very irritated with the lack of response and WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.

Provider through e- mail scheduled appointment 3 pm today they were a no show then I looked at recent reviews and saw I was not alone either no show or if they did show they were late and provided subpar cleaning.. I cancelled service through angie's list and got a refund. One bright spot was angie's list rep. she was awesome and helped me find another cleaner who had great reviews even after they sold a big deal. fingers crossed they do a great job.

No service, no one showed up and no one called, received a unclear text after I called her 2 times.

Poor communications. Service provider responded the next day via message on AL asking for date, even though we had provided dates on our order. They indicated they would look at their schedule but asked what date we wanted. Not sure why they had not looked at their schedule before responding. I responded to their message and gave them the same first date as was on our order and asked if they would call us to discuss or email us directly to setup a time to review the job. Two days later they indicated via AL messaging they could not do that date, but could do our second choice. After 5 days, we cancelled the order and asked for a refund. If it is this hard to schedule a date or communicate with us, we didn't feel this vendor was a good fit. This was our first Bid Deal order, I hope the next one goes better. We have a second Big Deal in process but a different type of job. They called the same day with a date to come look at the house. That is the right response to a new customer.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They told me they would come in the afternoon so I figured they would be here between 1-3 and they didn't show up until 4:30. Had they showed up any later, I wouldn't have been here. They did a reasonably good job. They did miss taking stuff out of 6 drawers. They did the cabinets but the drawers were in the whole array of cabinets, countertops and sink. Other than that they did a pretty nice job. They didn't do the drawer with the silverware in it or the drawer with the odds and ends in it. They didn't do anything with the drawers with the potholders or plastic bags. There were two of them and they were efficient. They took out any trash they found and cleaned the floor. I would have liked them to have given a more distinct time.

We did have it completed and they did a very good job! I wasn't there, my wife was but she was impressed. They really got into a lot of details and cleaned things. I mean they got stuff out of the cupboards and cleaned them and actually organized things better. They did a magical job on a shower that was in dire need of it. They worked very hard and got a lot done! We got a double package; they had $89 for the kitchen and $89 for the bathrooms. So we did both. They took everything out and cleaned it and put it back. I would say they put it back in better order than it was. Even my wife would agree and that in itself is notable. We did not have that done much in the past but it seemed like a pretty good price for the work that they did. There were two people and they worked for 3 hours. We had some problem initially communicating to set up the date. I got the impression that English wasn't their first language. So some of the communication wasn't as efficient as it might have been but it was all resolved. It wasn't like it took us weeks. The problem was in kind of setting up and making it clear that we wanted both done on the same day. That wasn't as fast as it could have been.

It was not good. This is the first time I have ever purchased a big deal. It didn't turn out well for me. I believe it was to be like 3 hours of cleaning in the kitchen. They arrived almost an hour late. They worked for an hour and 20 minutes and left. They would clean up my refrigerator inside and out. I did ask them to also clean up some cupboards. They cleaned out some cupboards. At that visit, he did clean the chandelier in the breakfast room along with the few things. He cleaned the counter tops. They left after an hour and 20 minutes. I could not communicate well with them. I was asking him some questions and I just felt like he was able to answer my questions. After they left, I started looking around. They hadn't done much at all on the time that they were here. The refrigerator was not cleaned up on the inside except for the refrigerator door where I keep condiments. Those little tiny shelves were cleaned. The inside of the refrigerator was not done. The cupboards were not cleaned up hardly at all. They maybe took the dust rug and maybe dusted around the shelves. It wasn't even all of them. They didn't clean out the pantry. An hour after they left, I was brooding about it. I thought I'm just going to call or text the lady that I have been in contact with. We never did talk on the phone. It was just texting back and forth. I texted her back and I said I was very disappointed in the job. It was not what I had understood it to be from the description on the big deal. She said that she was very sorry and that she would send them out the next day at a certain time. They did come out and they were probably 45 minutes late. It was the same two people, a man and a lady who came back. I think he was very irritated that they had to come back because he did some cleaning out of the drawers in the kitchen. In some of them, he threw stuff back in. He didn't put stuff in the dividers. He just kind of tossed it in there. In one drawer, it was all mixed up. It was to the point where when they said they were done, I thought "just leave" because I don't want anymore to deal with them. When they came back out, she did clean out the inside of the refrigerator. It did look nice inside. One of them cleaned out one whole cupboard, took the things out and wiped out the shelves and put stuff back in. Truthfully, it was all a disaster. All things considered, it was not good.

Pleasantly surprised they showed up early and was ready to start working. The two worked quietly and did a fantastic and thorough job. The bathrooms looked great when they were finished with them.

They did a wonderful job. This was a Big Deal and well worth the price. They moved furniture to sweep behind it, and left kitchen and bathrooms spotless. Wonderful provider.

The provider was 1/2 hour late. When the did arrive and I brought it to their attention they acted as if it was not a problem. They did a good job cleaning my bathroom but I noticed some marks on the wall where they drove something into it and created some grooves. Originally I had asked if they could clean one of the bathroom's as well as mop the floor in the kitchen and wipe out the stove. I did not receive a response with my request and thought they would go over it and tell me yes or not but they didn't. Actually, I was frustrated because they were late. They were to arrive at 3:30 pm but arrived at 4:00 pm. I feel if they are going to have a cleaning business they need to learn how to better communicate with their customers. The young man said his name but that I all he said until I asked again. Then he said my name is ____________ (sorry I don't remember his name) plus he did not introduce his co-worker. The persons who are representing Spotless Home Cleaners needs to be more professional. If the people work for someone else than the owners or managers; whoever they may be, needs to train staff in customer service. Also, I am not sure but it seemed their was a language barrier. Although I appreciate them cleaning for me I will not call them again because I don't feel I got my money's worth.

EXCELLENT JOB WOULD USE AGAIN

one person spoke no English at all. The other person spoke very little English and needed to call his wife to find out what they were supposed to clean. Frustrating, but they cleaned very well and we were satisfied with the outcome. I would have appreciated having a card or some form of proof of who they were or the company name. If I wanted to use them again, I have no name or number readily available.

Super job cleaning. The initial deep clean was about six hours and got us off to a great start. The bi-weekly cleanings are taking about 4 man hours.
