They cancelled and then didn't show. .. I've left msgs for them to call and they haven't.. how do I get my money back?

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. TRIED TO CONTACT - LEFT MESSAGES TWICE; NEVER GOT A CALL BACK TO FIND OUT IF THEY NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE OR WHY THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED.

Good job cleaning. I may have expected more due to the wording of the add being deep cleaning. It was really no better than others, but they did a good job.

They never returned my call or Angie's List call- phone was out of service.

They told me they would be there at 12:30. They claim they showed up around 3. I never saw a car or heard a knock. I will only use the popular commercial cleaning companies from now on.

They arrived when scheduled, and were very diligent in their work. Results were excellent.

It was just okay, it wasn't great. It was just our garage and it was an okay job. They were very eager and intense about their work. They were very interested in doing a good job.

This group is excellent! They went above and beyond what I expected. Very thorough and will do little extras that most cleaning companies don't do. I bought a 4-cleaning package but I intend to use them on an ongoing basis once my deal is used up. There is a bit of a language barrier but I have had 2 cleanings so far and there hasn't been a problem. Highly recommend based on their services so far!

Service went out of its way to make sure we had all windows washed. They did three extra at no cost

They performed a miracle and brought our bathroom back to clean somehow. VERY good job!

I don't think that any of the people that work for that company speak English. I emptied the garage myself and I cleaned the garage. I thought that it would make a better look after I cleaned out the garage. I swept it out, it was spotless and there was nothing in there. I bought the paint and the paint brushes and stuff like that and I left them in the garage. They had never painted a garage floor. They painted the garage floor however, when I came to look at the work, one of the people that was involved in it walked on the garage floor and left foot prints on the floor. It wasn't horrible, to me it was fine. It was their feet and not their shoes. I didn't even tell them, I thought it was too funny. They seemed to have trouble scheduling too. It took me a long time to get a good day that would work and finally, I got it. They did what they said they were going to do. The one thing that was unexpected was that they walked on it with their bare feet. I wanted it to make a good impression on people immediately and it did.

Very hard workers, went right to work and never stopped. Got the job done in a fraction of the time I thought it would take. Very respectful of my belongings, even my junk! Would hightly recommend, and will use again in the future.

This was my second time using them and they did a great job, just like the first time. They are very detailed in there work. Scheduling an apt is very easy with them and they are always on time. Will use them again in the future for sure.

I've had them cleaning for me since July of this year. The first cleaning cost about $250, but it was worth it. They come bi-weekly now. I use to clean houses and offices myself so I'm pretty picky about having anyone coming in and cleaning my own house. I was really hesitant to have anyone come in. With having 3 kids and all the mess that they create, on top of homeschooling and helping run my husbands business, they have been such a big help and I wish I would have called them sooner.They do all the normal stuff, dusting vacuuming, mopping, but I also appreciate that if the beds don't get made before they get here, they make them or if I didn't get all the toys off the floor they put them away. They've cleaned my oven and my fridge. We have hardwood floors that are not left streaked by their cleaners and they move the rugs and clean under those, under the couch and under the beds. I will continue to use them as long as I have the funds to.

A very thorough and efficient cleaning job. The crew arrived on time and moved from one room to another seamlessly. I will definitely hire them again to deep clean my new and much bigger house.

went well. Communication was a bit difficult..language barrier but once they arrived they did a nice job.

They did not remove everything from the garage but shifted it to one side. There were shelves that needed to be cleared and moved out and they moved them only when I insisted and never more than a couple of feet, I spent the entire time they were here pointing out additional things that needed to be cleaned (steps into house , garage door etc, )There was no bug and spider spray applied. There were items hanging on peg board that were not touched.There was no air blowing of dust and dirt nor was there any equipment to blow anything. In fairness the two and then three individuals did scrub the floor by hand after i insisted that they get the whole floor but there was not attempt to organize anything and I had to move the contents to get cars back in garage.The difficulty to communicate with them did not make it easier. The description of this job was completely false as most of the items described were either not done or or only partially done. How could a crew pressure wash when they had no pressure washer. I will probably not respond to any more BIG DEALS.

When I bought this Big Deal, I called Angie's List first to make sure it would be OK to clean 2 sides of a Twin-Single. The entire property is 3,254 Square Ft. which is under the 3,500 MAX stated in the DEAL. There are 3BR 2 BA, on one side and 2BR 2BA on the other; however I excluded 1 BR on each side because 1 BR is an office and the other side the Master BR is being used as a workshop. So, they only needed to clean MBR & BA + Guest BR - with BedWalls (which could not be moved) on the one side and NO kitchen floor, because I am having it replaced. On the other side, NO Master BR or BA, just one BR & BA, LR, DR & Kitchen. On the first visit, 2 people arrived to clean, when I thought it was an appointment to discuss what I needed done, I was not prepared for them just to show up and clean. They started to bring in filthy mops, rags, vacuum, etc. and I said NO, they must use MY things. They started in the Master Bath, I provided a steam cleaner and supplies, as I do not use any chemicals. After THREE hours, I asked why they were still in the bathroom and if they were going to have time to do the rest of the house. They then quickly dusted 4 ceiling fans, I showed them how my vacuum worked and they quickly vacuumed MBR, Guest BR, LR, mopped Hall & DR. Most of the furniture cannot be moved. The furniture they did move was not put back right. Dusted most furniture, but missed some. Dusted blinds & cleaned interior windows. 4.25 hours x 2 people 8.5 hours. They were supposed to do the other side of the house, too; but did not have time. I told her she needed to be faster and that I wanted things clean but not necessarily sterile. They threw away one of my washable microfiber mop pads. I texted her about it. She said she would pay to replace, it is $9.52 to replace Quickie Minute Mop Refill Pad on Amazon.com. The second visit, I had them finish what they missed on 1st side then go to 2nd side and they cleaned 1 BA. vacuumed LR, DR, 1 BR around furniture, without moving it. I had to show the man how to use the vacuum. He vacuumed so FAST that he could have only been picking up surface dirt, not any embedded dirt. They mopped kitchen, cleaned top of stove and counters. dusted ceiling fan and furniture. Then helped move a couple of things. 2.5 hours, 2 people (5 hrs). She said she was done and I asked her what she considered a "VISIT" or "DAY" and she said 2 people for 2 hours. I told her that was VERY EXPENSIVE! She shrugged her shoulders and asked me when I wanted her to come back, I told her I would let her know. OK, they were faster, but not thorough. There is a happy medium somewhere! After they were gone, I noticed than a brand new bottle of 600 tablets of Acetaminophen ($5.40 value) was missing from my kitchen counter. I have looked everywhere and cannot locate it. The Big Deal Offer was valued @ $1800 for six months, which would translate to $300 value per Month or Visit. The offer did state that it could be monthly or bi-monthly; however, it is unclear whether that would be mean 12 bi-monthly visits or 6 monthly visits. One would expect 10-12 man hours @ $30-25/hour, NOT 4-5 hours. Based on $745 for 6 months (visits) that would break down to $124+ per month. If that means both visits are considered 1 of 6 months, there may be true value as there were actually 13.5 man hours in both visits. If, that means 2 of 6 days/visits, then that calculate as $248 for 13.5 man hours and there would be NO VALUE ADDED! It just not clear what her intentions are and how she is calculating things. I'm NOT happy, and I don't trust her or her people.

This was a bargain and the women sure should charge more for this service. The garage was immaculate when they were finished. Friends and neighbors noticed and commented thinking I had done the work. That was a compliment because I never could have done such a complete job. The garage sparkled when they were finished. They worked steadily for over three hours. A deodorant was used at the end.

Sirlys and her partner showed up exactly on time of the appointment. They took everything out of the garage, cleaned the windows, floor, wiped and organized all things in the garage. They were pleasant and worked quickly to accomplish the goals that were set. I would definitely use them again.
