Description of Work: We purchased two Big Deals because our house was truly a mess. The Big Deal covered bathrooms and kitchens only. We purchased two because we have 3 full baths, a half bath and a huge kitchen. We had some issues setting up the appointment - it was originally scheduled for Memorial Day Monday and we had to reschedule, but they were very flexible and were able to fit us in within 1 -2 days. | |They did a very good job cleaning. Everything looked great when they left. I did discover later that if they pulled the stove out to clean behind it, they missed one side, but given the amount of space they had to cover with a team of two, they did a great job. | |One note: If you're going to discuss your client's cleanliness (or lack thereof) in their presence, be sure that someone in the house doesn't speak your language.

Description of Work: they came promptly to clean the kitchen . one did the refrigerator-very thorough and took things out and cleaned very well and restocked .someone else did the drawers and cabinets ( i had done the upper cabinets so only the lower cabinets needed cleaning),they did a good job but did not replace items in thee cabinets or drawers in any organized fashion, just stuck everything back in.this resulted in me spending the rest of the day, rearranging.this was especially time consuming with the drawers which i have organized for my use,same with pots and pans in the lower cabinets. w Otherwise,they were very thorough,prompt,and pleasant. my only objection was the lack of any plan with replacing items

Description of Work: They cleaned windows inside and out. Did good job. |The only problem we had was that while cleaning windows behind Floor TV, they stepped on (with foot or ladder) and stretched/pulled component cables out of cable box breaking pins off in cable box. Had to have Uverse come out and replace cable box and acquire new component cables to replace the damaged ones.

Description of Work: Scheduled service with 3 weeks notification. On the day of service, they did not show at the agreed upon time. It took them 2 hours to return my phone calls and emails. They finally have me a time when the could show, 5 and half hours after the original time.

Description of Work: Good morning!! My wife purchased the Big Deal for $89 deep cleaning of the kitchen. The cleaner was a no show and no call for an appointment on August 10th. The appointment was rescheduled for August 17th. My wife called on the morning of August 17th and confirm the appointment for that afternoon. A short time later, my wife received a call and the cleaner wanted to reschedule again for next month. My wife told her that that would not be okay and scheduled an appointment for August 24th. Our feeling is the cleaner will no show or cancel the August 24th appointment. The cleaner is either too busy to keep her appointments or she is not interested in doing the job. Either way, is there a way to get our money back? Just let us know. THANKS.
