Description of Work: ORDERED AND PAID FOR GAS LOGS IN FEBRUARY FOR INSTALLING IN EARLY MARCH. INSTALLER DID NOT SHOW ON INSTALLATION DATE DUE TO TRAFFIC JAM. HE TOLD ME THIS FROM THE OFFICE, AFTER I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE HE WAS (I HAD TAKEN VACATION TIME FOR THIS). WE RESCHEDULED INSTALL - GOT A CALL ON INSTALL DAY THAT THEY HAD TO CANCEL DUE TO DAMAGE TO THE LOG SET. I CALLED WEEKLY TO GET STATUS - LOGS WERE ON BACK ORDER, SUPPLIER CHANGED, ETC. I FINALLY HAD THE LOGS INSTALLED 5 WEEKS LATER. I DID GET A DISCOUNT FOR MY TROUBLES, WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CREDIT CARD - SOON HOPEFULLY. I DID RECEIVE THE PROMISED 20% REFUND AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER OF THE CLEVELAND OFFICE.
