Description of Work: OUR GAS FIREPLACE WOULD NOT LIGHT. THE GAS LINE WAS NOT CONNECTED AND NEEDED TO BE RECONNECTED. MY HUSBAND AND I RAN INTO A SCHEDULING PROBLEM AND STEVE WAS ABLE TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULES TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS SINCE WE WERE AT FAULT.
