I was unable to be there so Louise agreed to do the work if I left everything in the garage. I was able to make it home at lunch before the work was completed. She was very gracious and explained everything to me about how to maintain the lawn mower in detail as well as how to clean the knives. I love my kitchen knives! They are so sharp - they make chopping fresh vegetables a joy.

Easy to work with.

These are very valuable, forged knives of a slightly softer steel. The entire experience was great. Louise returned my first call promptly and made an appointment to come to the house. She called prior to coming to the house, she arrived as scheduled, and she did a fantastic job on the knives. She even explained to me the different types of edges so that I could select a different type of edge for the cleaver. I was a little nervous because I am extremely fond of my knives, but Louise took great care of them. After Louise left, I took a ripe tomato and ran each blade over the tomato, letting only the weight of the blade put pressure on the tomato. Every one of the knives neatly slit the tomato. I would highly recommend Louise, and plan to use her to do regular maintenance on my knives.

Louise Radanovich was right on time and put a beautiful edge on all my tools. Aside from performing the work I hired her to do, she definitely went the extra mile by not only sharpening the tools, but also cleaning them and placing them in protective sheaves. She also adjusted my reel mower and showed me how to do that myself, at no charge. As I am starting my own business, I am constantly asking people for their advice and/or opinions on the matter. So far in my queries, I've never run across anyone so willing to share their valuable experiences and information with me. I would DEFINITELY hire her again.

The tools look brand new! Prior to the work, I had considered throwing some of the tools away, but no longer. Louise was extremely conscientious and worked 4 hours on site. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and neighbors.

Very high-tech truck with every sharpening implement & material imaginable. Louise is very enthusiastic about sharpening your stuff in the best manner possible. We were worried about the price given her expertise & (obviously expensive) equipment, but the prices ended up being lower than we had expected. Very pleased. Worth having her come to your home or business once or twice a year--cheaper than worrying about it or spending the time to try to sharpen your knives yourself.

IT WAS LIKE WE HAD A WHOLE NEW SET OF TOOLS. SHE IS AN EXCELLENT BUSINESS WOMAN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.

LOUISE WAS GREAT. NOT ONLY DID SHE SHARPEN OUR TOOLS, BUT TALKED WITH US ABOUT HOW WE COULD EXTEND THE LIFE OF OUR MOWER. SHE SHOWED US HOW TO SAFELY REMOVE THE BLADE AND SHOWED US HOW TO TELL WHEN THE BLADE NEEDED SHARPENING.

SHE WAS AT LEAST :15 EARLY. SHE TOOK THE TIME (OVER AN HOUR?) TO ADJUST MY MOWER (WHICH IS AT LEAST 10 YEARS OLD) BEFORE SHARPENING IT. AFTER SHE WAS DONE, IT WORKED BETTER THAN IT'S WORKED IN MANY YEARS. THIS $47.81 WAS DEFINITELY WELL SPENT. SHE OFFERED MUCH ''UNSOLICITED ADVICE'', AS SHE PUT IT, ON HOW TO MAKE MY LAWN MORE LIKE SHE THOUGHT IT OUGHT TO BE. HER ADVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY APPROPRIATE FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTED A CONVENTIONAL LAWN. I DON'T. I WANT A GARDEN, BUT THERE'S STILL SOME LAWN THAT I HAVE TO MOW. I DON'T CARE IF SOME OF MY LAWN IS CRABGRASS.

LOUISE CAME TO THE HOUSE AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. WE GAVE HER A TOOL FROM THE GARAGE THAT WAS OLD AND RUSTY AND SHE MADE IT LIKE NEW.

LOUISE WAS PROMPT (EARLY EVEN!), POLITE AND VERY COMPETENT. ALL OF THE THINGS SHE SHARPENED ARE WORKING PERFECTLY NOW. NOT ONLY WAS LOUISE A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH, THE FACT THAT SHE COMES TO YOU IS AN ADDED BONUS!

LOUISE WAS ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. SHE DISCUSSED EACH ITEM BEFORE STARTING WORK TO MAKE SURE SHE PERFORMED THE WORK I DESIRED. SHE WAS QUITE WILLING TO LET ME SEE HOW SHE WORKED AND TO OFFER ADVICE ON HOW TO MAINTAIN THE EQUIPMENT SO I WOULD NOT NEED TO CALL HER BACK SO SOON.

THEY RETURNED OUR PHONE CALL WITHIN AN HOUR. SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED ON TIME. THE PRICES WERE VERY AFFORDABLE AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

SHE WAS HERE FOR ABOUT 3 1/2 HOURS AND SHARPENED ABOUT 50 THINGS FOR ME.

HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, DILIGENT, CLEAN, AND PRECISE. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE SHARPENING EVERYTHING. ARRIVED WITH A COMPLETELY UP-TO-DATE SHARPENING WORKSHOP IN A TRUCK, REALLY IMPRESSIVE. I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE ALL MY STUFF TO A SHOP, BUT THIS WAS MUCH EASIER. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM!
