Absolutely fantastic experience with Sembro. The quality of the work was beyond great. T and his crew were punctual, polite, always cleaned up and kept me up to date with the status at all times. The results were stunning. I cannot express how impressed I am with the service and quality from Sembro. I also used their recommended Electrician who was very professional and performed quality work. Would absolutely recommend Sembro to anyone for a remodel, large or small!

Fantastic! We were assisted by Nadia, our designer, throughout the entire project. Her design was beautiful and she was there to answer any questions we had. The workmanship and professionalism of T and the rest of the workman on the site was above and beyond what we could have expected. We were kept up to date daily on the progression of our project. Our bathroom is beautiful. We love it. We will be calling SemBro again to remodel our 2nd bathroom soon.

Sloppy painting job. Drywall looks sloppy. Also holes and lumps are starting to appear where they did some patching/drywall. The baseboard in upstairs bathroom not cut to align the sink cabinet; they are about 1 -1.5 inches past the cabinets. We had a hole in the wall near shower and it appears they didn't patch it; it appears they put the tile over the hole because it is lumpy and the schluter and tile is not flushed against the wall. You can see a gap looking from the side. Cabinet has a indentation on it ; it appears someone punched a hole and caulked and painted over it. They didn't even bother to sand it. The wall in downstairs bathroom by shower looks very lumpy. As time goes by it get worse. You can't even lock the door in the downstairs bathroom because it doesn't stay shut; it appears the handle/knob is not aligned. There's so much more I just get upset thinking about how much we spent and the result we got.

A representative visited and measured my kitchen; seemed to have some good ideas. She sent me a plan for the work she envisioned, which she said would expand storage space a lot. She was right, but must've measured wrong, because she put cabinets all across the doorway. When I emailed her to say this, and to ask what other ideas she had, neither she nor the company ever replied or contacted me again.

They are great. Nadia, who helped us, design consultant, is really a delight to work with on the project. She showed up on site numerous times to check up on things. Their workers are top notch.. .the teams that come to our house are great people too. You may find someone cheaper but Sembro's attention to detail is fantastic. Price was excellent. I will hire Sembro again.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with SemBro Designs. We could not be happier with the results. They started work the day after Mothers Day and completed on time the day before Fathers Day. Nadia, our designer, gave a calendar to follow showing what would be done on a certain day, by whom, and when it would be done. Every group, from demolition to completion came on their respective days, did their work and completed the job according to the schedule. The results are amazing, as you can see from the before and after pictures. We highly recommend SemBro Designs for your next remodel.

Overall, the process was challenged. SemBro did hire a 3rd party to complete our project which is where we experienced many of our problems. Due to the 3rd party being involved, we experienced some communication, professionalism, and quality of work issues. In the end, SemBro did acknowledge the issues we had experienced and corrected the issues with the work. I believe that if we would have had SemBro employees complete the work, we would have had a completely different experience. I wish I could rate SemBro and the 3rd party separately below due to our experiences being so different between the two

Nadia did a kitchen design for me, i purchased my cabinets and granite from them and they were great to work with. Affordable and great customer service! Would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

From beginning to end we were extremely satisfied and we love our newly expanded kitchen and our laundry room. Nadia and her team are wonderful.

Carefully removed old cabinets so they could be reused (I sold them on Craig's List). Stayed on schedule, swept up daily, attention to details, very professional.

The designer, Nadia, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and incorporated those elements into the kitchen design. She was very approachable and easy to communicate with...many times it was after normal work hours, in the evening or on the weekend. She even contacted me while she was on a family vacation to ensure that the installation was going well. Sacha and his crew installed the new cabinets, crown molding and hardware. The install took two days and the crew was very professional, courteous and very skilled in their craft. They cleaned up each day before they left. A set of cabinet doors had some marks on them and SemBro did not hesitate to replace them. I am extremely pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.

It honestly couldn't have gone any better. The quality of the work was second to none. Every person at SemBro Designs is very professional and nice. The integrity of the people who work at SemBro is unbelievable. Very hard workers and they never skipped out on any work. The design, the cabinets, the granite countertops, the backsplash, the installation of our appliances, etc. was absolutely perfect. As far as price, I consider myself to be a pretty skeptical person and I was thinking the price we were given was too good to be true. However, SemBro kept to the promised contract. My wife and I (as well as everyone who has seen our kitchen) has been shocked on how good it looks! We couldn't be happier. We thought that cabinet refacing would be the most economical but SemBro Design gave us so much more for less! I would highly recommend SemBro design for any work you may be considering.

I was delighted with SemBro. The kitchen designer (Nadia) created a design that was both very attractive and functional, including some features that we had not ourselves imagined (e.g., corner cabinets). The design far exceeded what another company had generated. After we visited the showroom to select the cabinets and the quartz countertop, we were presented with a detailed itemized proposal. The work was then scheduled with specific dates identified for demolition, electrical work, drywall patching and painting, and the installation of the cabinets, countertops, appliances, and travertine tile backsplash. The work was completed as scheduled, within three weeks. The end result is gorgeous. I could not be more pleased and certainly would work with SemBro again, e.g., when I am ready to remodel my bathrooms.

The best remodeling/contractor experience that we have ever had. We visited their showroom first and then had the designer visit our home. Ideas were presented that we had never considered and we had 3D drawings and a cost estimate delivered by the end of that same day. After a planning meeting with clear deliverables and expectations being set we committed and set a date. We used the time before the project start to review and select counter tops and cabinet hardware as well as selecting a back splash. We visited the showroom a number of times to look at samples and compare back splash samples. There was always someone available and happy to help. The project was planned out and scheduled with specific dates and activities and everything happened exactly according to plan on the exact dates. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we were delighted with the results. Everyone at Sembros Design, from the designer to the demolition crew and installers is highly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. And better yet, the cost was no more than the cabinet refacing quotes that we had received and we got new modern cabinets instead of a reface of our 30 year old cabinets.

Nadia and her crew were very professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling things out, allowing us to do some painting and have flooring installed between their demo and the kitchen install. [Note: we would have had them do our flooring, but we decided to go with a particular hardwood that they did not carry.] We love our cabinets (Pepper Shaker cabinets) and our new countertops. We would definitely recommend Sembro to any of our friends or family members.

Sembro is an amazing company and my husband and I could not be more thrilled with their work. Nadia was our consultant and she was a true pleasure to work with. She had really good ideas and was very honest with us about what we could and could not do, such and moving certain walls and removing the soffit. She was very patient with us as when we could decide on the exact granite we wanted and gave great suggestions. The price was incredibly reasonable. Sembro itemized each component so that my husband could perform the jobs he was comfortable with and save us additional money. I LOVE my kitchen and I don't even cook. What's more, I really love Sembro. I recommend them to everyone looking to remodel their kitchen and I wish they did entire home remodeling.

Sembro was excellent to work with. Everything was explained to us up front very clearly and precisely, and any adjustments that needed to be made to the budget were mutually agreed upon. From start to finish they were very punctual. Nadia, their designer, listened to our thoughts and ideas and incorporated them into the designs for the kitchen. The were actually a day early finishing, which was fantastic! Every person on the team both in the office and the workers were always friendly and knowledgeable and more than willing to answer our questions and help us in any way we needed.

They provided excellent service. They were very professional. They did everything they said they would. They corrected some mistakes. They made sure we were satisfied every step of the process.

They were very prompt. They came out instantly, the next day to make the repair and were done in two hours. They were just great. They were just very professional and responsible. They didn’t have to run us in front of another job to come out and do that and then not to charge us, I was really quite surprised.

They were reasonably priced and I felt that we got really good value. They were on time. They all did great work and were very polite. My kitchen is gorgeous. I would use them again. .

We obtained estimates from 5 different contractors and SemBro was the most reasonable for the services we needed completed. Our experience with them from day one was terrific. We always felt we were getting personalized service. The Kitchen Designer was always available for any questions/concerns. The construction crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure to ask questions for clarification, never making any assumptions. We were quoted a 5 week job completion and they completed the job within that time frame. The crew was hard working and on a few occasions worked later into evening (past 5:00pm) to get a particular task completed. They even came on a holiday Monday (after making sure we were OK with them coming in on that day) to get work completed to stay on timeline. I would not hesitate to use SemBro again. They were ideal to work with and we are more than thrilled with our new kitchen! I can't say enough positive things about them.

The flooring turned out great- quick install and looks good. The counters were not cut like we wanted but they did revise them so we got what we wanted, although it took a couple weeks to get it put in after the demolition. It was frustrating to go without counters for that long. The bathroom work was fair- the plumbing was not tightened and leaked a little but we tightened and it's been fine. Overall we were satisfied but it was not all excellent work. I think that if we had complained about any of the problems the staff at arm or would have come back out.
