I didn't think the quality was as good as what we had before and the cabinets ended up being smaller. I was only 80% satisfied with the cabinets and the workmanship. It really impressed me, however, that they were able to clean up after themselves.

From designing to completion we were completely satisfied. The design process working with Nadia was very professional and comfortable. She was excellent with suggestions and definitely knowledgeable of her products. The installers were on schedule friendly and always had time to answer questions. I would definitelyrecommendSembro Designs for anyone's kitchen or bath remodeling project

Another installer put in laminate counter tops that were AWFUL. When it finally came down to it, they agreed to give us our money back provided we found a new installer and had the counter tops removed. (We'll see how that goes.) I called Sembro to get an estimate and Titiana answered the phone. I gave her the info regarding the laminate and she gave me a ballpark estimate that was $600 less than the other ones I had had installed. If this goes as planned, I'm a winner! She then had the contractor that will actually do the work--Richfinish--call me. (He's not on Angie's List but I'll write a glowing review for him when he is.) Rich measured and discussed where the other installer had gone wrong and how his work would differ. There was a slight delay due to manufacturer supply, but I was informed all along the way. Right on time, the counter top showed up. After nice introductions of the crew they got to work. The other counter was carefully removed and stashed in the garage and the new counter was installed. They were super careful of the house and met every one of my requests including scribing the back of the counter to fit the wall better. On this counter, the seam is barely visible. The edge is beautiful and I was given clear instructions on care and maintenance. I hope to enjoy me counter for years to come.

They were honest, hard working, punctual, detail oriented and did everything they said they would do for the agreed upon price. They are the best.

Recently we had our kitchen remodeled and hardwood flooring installed by SemBro Designs. This was our first remodel and we had little experience about what to expect. Alex and his staff were very patient throughout the process. We were given several designs to choose from and nce we decided on a design, the work started almost immediately. SemBro worked quickly but not hurriedly. The quality of work was beautiful and very professional. SemBro was quick to address any concerns and followed through in a timely manner on all finishing touches. We never felt pressured. Our calls were always returned quickly and Alex was constantly keeping us updated on scheduling and progress. We never anticipated what a commitment this remodel would be, and at times we couldn't believe what we had gotten ourselves into, but SemBro lead us through with patience and reassurance. The final results are stunning! Should we decide to do additional work in the future, it will surely be done by SemBro Design!

The service was wonderful, the product is fantastic and their advice/tips were wonderful. We didn't have the layout to make many functional improvements but the advice we got went a LONG way and we are so pleased with our new kitchen. The value of my home increased well past the cost and we enjoy the kitchen so much. It's the focal point of our house. We love it!

This company was prompt and professional from the initial visit to the completed work and thereafter. They were honest and forthcoming for any part of the work that they did and all that was involved in the process. The work they completed was absolutely beautiful and looks incredible! They worked for over two weeks to complete the project and we were always aware of the time of arrival.. They worked long days and into the evenings on many occasions to complete the job. They also worked on Saturdays. We were very pleased with all they did.

Can't say enough good things about my remodeling experience with Sembro! My new kitchen is gorgeous and was a really good value. Everyone at Sembro - from the design stage to follow-up after installation - was so easy to deal with, professional, fair, and genuinely nice! Having had a previous remodeling experience with a different company that was not good, I was not looking forward to the whole project. This experience couldn't have been more different - I was continually pleasantly surprised at Sembro's professional and helpful response to the inevitable complications that accompany any remodeling project. All of the installers (including subcontractors that they recommended) worked extremely hard, were responsive to my requests, and completed the work quickly - working later when needed to stay on schedule. It's very rare to have no complaints after a remodel project of this size, but I have none! I will definitely use Sembro for future remodeling projects!

The kitchen is better than we could have ever imagine it! All of our friends are amazed at our new kitchen... especially after seeing the before and after. We are also very pleased with our wood flooring.

This was a total kitchen remodel project. Sembro measured our kitchen and created a 3D rendering that included the white shaker cabinets we desired and integrated it with the design we had in mind. The process was a great way envision the finished product. Our sales person was very helpful, patient, and understanding of our all requests throughout the project. She responded very quickly to our inquiries and was very respectful at all times. The installers arrived on time and kept the project very clean. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Our kitchen had already been demolished so they were able to start installation upon arrival. They completed the installation in 2.5 days. The installers even wen't out of their way to buy ceiling molding that matched our existing molding. Everything was completed according to plan and they above and beyond the scope of the project to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installation and all the details. It was a very good experience overall. We didn't experience any delays or problems during the course of the project. We would use them again for future projects and would recommend them to our friends/family.

SemBro was the very first contractor I contacted and came out the very day that I called. Alex was prompt in delivering a kitchen design via email and was extremely polite and considerate. I had contacted 5 other contractors in which 3 actually contacted me back and gave estimates. 1 of them offered email designs but the other 2 we had to go into the office to view their designs and get the price quotes. Note to contractors: email designs and quotes are convenient for the customer; but my review I am writing today is in regards to SemBro. Alex was my contact for the kitchen project. He was very courteous and was willing to work with the ideas that we had in our design. After the initial design was provided, Alex provided a quote via email that was far more reasonable than any of the other contractors. So after little deliberation we choose SemBro. I was happy that SemBro offered the ability for us to do some of the work ourselves to save on costs. We opted to do the painting and backsplash after the project was completed. They also did not pressure to control the design as one of the other contractors opted to do. They let me choose what style of cabinets, hardware, flooring and granite that I wanted. Basically I felt I had control of the design aspect, but could also ask for advice when it came to choosing the materials. When the project started I was amazed at how fast a kitchen could be gutted! We had the soffits removed, a wall removed and all cabinetry replaced. Our workers were very polite and clean! They swept up every day and cleaned all debris. They even turned over the door mat outside so not to track in dirt, I was very impressed :). Although the electrician costs are not included in the remodel project, Sembro referred us to a wonderful electrician that installed our lighting and receptacles. He was so very nice and again worked with us to achieve our design goals. The whole remodel project took about 2 weeks and my kitchen is simply gorgeous! I give SemBro an A+++ and would recommend them to anyone. SemBro is a family oriented business and it was very nice to see all involved. We are opting to do our bathroom next and I will definitely call SemBro back to hire.

They were used by our neighbors as well. We would have trusted them to be here without us in the home. The place was a mess and it was vacant for six months. We had brought in some furniture from our place and we got it from here place out, they didn't say a word about anything. The kitchen was originally from 1960. They gutted the whole kitchen. They took everything out from the garage, so that they didn't scratch anything. They were very careful. They had it done in a week.

Working with SemBro was great. They were extremely helpful in every way, from the selection of the cabinets to the hardware used on the cabinets. They walked me through the entire process making suggestions when needed. The cabinets were ordered and came in on time. The workmen were professional; experienced carpenters who removed the old cabinets and installed the new ones in a timely fashion with little to no problems. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with everything that was done. My kitchen is beautiful and I am so glad I found this company.

We had a very good experience working with Sembro Outlet. The company did everything they said they would do and the work was done for the quoted price. We found all of the employees to be hard working, polite and cooperative. The workers put in long days and finished the project in ten working days. We were very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend this company to others.

They were very accommodating to our requests. Always positive and helpful. They started the job on time and put in a solid 8 hours or more of work every day. They made sure the areas were cleaned up after each day's work. At the end they finished off any minor items we asked them to do. The finished product is fantastic. We are extremely pleased with the results. They were also the lowest cost bidder. (We had bids from Home Depot, Granite Transformations, Scioto Kitchen Cabinets, and a private contractor).
