Description of Work: Cost of service includes DC belt-drive opener. The installer was on-time and did a fair job installing the opener and the new keypads. The installation was pretty quick. My only "complaint" was that the installer did not do a very good job securing the indoor switch on the wall next to the door into my house--after a couple months, the switch started to come loose from the wall, causing the wires to disconnect and the switch to re-set. I had to take the switch apart and use drywall anchors instead of the wood screws the installer had put into the drywall. Other than that minor issue, the installation went well, and for 3.5 years now, the garage door opener has worked like a charm.

Description of Work: I had my scheduled maintenance done with my warranty, and the worker found that the rollers for the door needed to be replaced. He had the parts with him, replaced them with my consent, and the door is closing much more smoothly.

Description of Work: Service was good except that I have a gravel driveway and they would not schedule while there was snow on the driveway. + -1 moreWe called them in because our refrigerator that wasn't that old was shutting off and we lost our refrigerator full of food. We unplugged it because it shut down because it was off frozen up, I guess. Then, they came in and said there is no problem. They didn't honor the contract that warrantied. Then, it happened again and we lost the second refrigerator full of food and they still didn't honor. They suck. We had extended warranties on all our appliances and they didn't honor that one. We tell people not to use them.

I thought the gentleman who did it was a nice guy and explained to me that I likely purchased the wrong one but I didn’t want to have to return it. He got the installation done very quickly. He also took the old parts so I didn’t have to lug them out to the street. The only issue is that I am going to have to take the thing off the wall myself because when he put it on the wall he didn’t use dry wall screws so it has come out a little, so I am going to have to fix that I guess.
