Sears Garage Door Installation & Repair

They replaced the spring and it broke again. I called Sears and they did recognize that it was under warranty. They asked my to get some estimates I got 1 estimate for $255. i emailed the estimate to the Sears representative. He said get it fixed. So I called Josh Rector from Accurate Garage Door Repair and he got the garage door repaired. I still have not received my $255 from Sears. They recognized that the spring was under warranty but I still have not received my $255. They had somebody else clean there mess and I still have not received my $255.
