Description of Work: It appears our darn cat chased chipmunks into a broken floor vent and it wasn't a happy ending. We were able to call sears and get a same day Saturday appointment for duct cleaning. Thank goodness they were able to get the dearly departed sucked out from the vents. Great job!!!

Description of Work: He was reluctant to move furniture, and he was trying price gauge me as well. The price you start with, gradually increases with hidden charges. So, watch out for this, and question everything they do and charge.

Description of Work: This guy had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my sectional and entertainment system moved and i said yes, he then proceeded to coax me out of it by saying that the carpet underneath these items did not need cleaning because the section was not used. HUH?..I paid them for full service, not half service. They add charges that you do not realize until afterwards and it seemed as if sears only uses water and no cleaner. Sears is by far the worst carpet/upholstery cleaner in Ohio, keep your money and use Master Clean!!!

THE PRICE WAS MUCH LOWER THAN ANY OF THE OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED, SO I WAS SOMEWHAT CONCERNED ABOUT USING THEM, BUT I'M GLAD I DID. JOE AND LARRY DID THE WORK. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME - THE SCHEDULER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY - THAT WAS APPRECIATED. THEY WERE BOTH VERY POLITE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THERE WAS NO DUST OR DIRT ANYWHERE WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY LET ME KNOW MY FILTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND RECOMMENDED THAT I BUY THEIR REUSABLE MODEL FOR $50. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WASN'T INTERESTED, THEY DIDN'T PUSH IT - THAT WAS ALSO APPRECIATED.

IT WAS GREAT. MY CARPET WENT FROM HAVING SPOTS AND BEING DISCOLORED, TO LOOKING GOOD AS NEW. THE GUY DOING THE WORK WAS NICE AND PUNCTUAL. WHEN WE NEED OUR CARPETS DONE AGAIN, I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN, MOST DEFINITELY.
