The representative who came out seemed bored....... it took him about 5 minutes to do the work but the price the company charged was ridiculous and was a price gouge; I believe it was well over $200.

Description of Work: John was very courteous and knowledgeable in his trade. He made sure that I got exactly the service I needed by finding out that he could just replace the broken thermocouple on my water heater instead of order a whole new assembly at the bottom. It took care of my hot water issue immediately instead of having to wait for the assembly to be ordered and arrive and be installed. Quick solution and saved me a lot of money and agony.

Description of Work: They snaked my pipes to the main sewer line

Description of Work: My sewer system was totally closed off. They spent about one hour reaching the different areas to get it working. They did a very good complete job and would recommend this crew highly.

Description of Work: Our pipe from the house to the street had collapsed. They repaired all of it. They put foam and tiles down to protect it.

Description of Work: They were very prompt. Our garbage disposal broke and an upstair bathroom sink closure was broken. Believe we were way overcharged. The $670.00 final cost of the repairs included an Angie's list $40 discount coupon towards the disposal and repair and a 20% discount on the sink repair. Because of our busy schedule, we did not have time to get a second estimate. Shame on us. Roto Rooter is very expensive.

Description of Work: Excellent response time, came out same day, diagnosed problem without trying to do a bait-n-switch or unnecessary work, several options explored, their man was out next morning to do the needed work, he was professional, worked like a dog all day and did minimal damage to the grass as he laid new piping to handle sump pump water and gutter by garage. Only complaint would be a bit pricey, but given the completeness of the work and timeliness, well worth the money rather than the disaster awaiting us in a flooded basement if it was not handled quickly AND properly. They definitely would pass the "Mike Holmes" smell test on this job.

Description of Work: My sump pump was running would not shut off. I called on Sunday around noon and was told someone would be out between 3pm and 6pm that day (Sunday). I waited all day and did not call another contractor. I was called about 5:30 pm and told that they would not make it to my house that day that the best they could do was the next day between 9am and noon. I explained that I needed someone that day since the sump pump was not working correctly and I didn't want my basement to flood. I chose not to have them come on Monday. I felt that I could not count on them. I would not recommend them at all
