Description of Work: After 10" of rain from a sump pump failure the guys were able to come with in 24 hours of being contacted and fixed the situation. Also, Richard and Tyrone were able to salvage the heating mechanism in the hot water tank that was extinguished during high water and relight the hot water tank when a replacement part could not be found.

Description of Work: Appointment schedule 24 hours in advance for sometime between 4-7pm. The dispatcher called 3 times from 6:45p-9:45pm to push back the appointment and finally reschedule for the next day. The next day a different dispatcher called to inform me the tech was running behind again. It is currently 2 hours after the appointment window closed with yet again no service provided. For any issue requiring immediate attention do not call this company.
