Restoration Plus

Description of Work: Mitchell did a fantastic job! I can not stress that enough!!!! His abilities and knowledge of the inner workings of a home is second to none. He understands and appreciates that it is -YOUR HOME not just another project. The personal attention is remarkable and I never could get that from others prior to Restoration Plus. I was expecting a good job on my kitchen and he delivered a true masterpiece in every\way. Unlike with past contractors, when restoration Plus started the job he took care of everything and personally made sure every detail was perfectly attended too with the highest professionalism. My kitchen was a mid 50's ranch in an upscale neighborhood so it was nice but needed to be brought into the present needs of a modern family. It had never been upgraded out side of the fixtures and appliances. Restoration Plus gutted the entire kitchen including the ceiling at which point we made a few design decisions that I know can only come from a true remodeling master. He seemingly senses the space from his first visit and has the experience to see the final results. We vaulted the ceiling and added sky lights. His experience guided us to this decision to use the unused space in our house that others seemed to overlook. The ceiling was then finished in high grade redwood with a low gloss finish and then trimmed with crown moulding. Everyone that sees this is amazed at the detail in his work. We removed two walls and transformed the space of the entire house. There is not enough space to begin to tell you all of the details that made this a total success. I had plenty of bids that was at least 40% higher and did not included raising the ceiling, skylights, or numerous other ideas that made this a very special space. I ended up paying less and now have more than I could ever have dreamed of. Restoration Plus did it all from electric, plumbing, tile, cabinets, trim the works!!!! It is so refreshing to work with a person that has the ability to do the entire job perfectly and not deal with all the problems of him hiring sub-contractors and getting sub-grade results. Restoration Plus comes HIGHLY recommended!!!
