Excellent work, efficient, came on time, gave me tips and did extra work not in contract. Jim Turner was very friendly yet professional and I felt perfectly safe having him in my home.

Over all experience was positive. Took a week from start to finish. Jim even removed the toilet tank and re-installed it when the work was completed.

Jim responded quickly to all calls and came the next day to provide an estimate. Since we needed to move quickly, he called with his estimate at 8:30 pm. From the first moment I met him, I trusted him. So much so that I was completely comfortable giving him my garage code and allowing him to work throughout the week alone in my home while I was not there. He always described in detail the work that he did and was 100% courteous and respectful.

Used the email link provided in Angie's List (also on their website) to request an estimate for wallpaper removal. It has now been 11 days since I emailed them and I have never heard back from them. I included my home phone, work phone, and email address to contact me. If they don't respond to email requests, they should not include their email address as a way to contact them.

Jim did a great job. He was very nice. Came on time, did the prep work needed & did a nice job on the paper. Very good at cleaning up afterwards, too.

Mr. Turner did an excellent job. He arrives on time, completes the job in the time estimated, and cleans up after himself. He is also meticulous about adequate prep work, such as making sure the wall is free of dips or other defects that might mar the appearance of the wallpaper. This is the second time that we have used Mr. Turner and we would definitely hire him again.

The project went very well, especially considering the difficulties of the vaulted foyer/stairwell, and the incompetence of the previous vendors.

Jim does excellent work and is very pleasant to work with. He pays attention to the details. The walls were rough from a prior painting problem, which Jim smoothed out. He removed some soap and toothbrush fixtures from the wall and repaired wall. He is very careful in his work and cleaned-up afterwards. The room looks great.

Jim did a beautiful job installing the borders. He returned phone calls promptly and was very polite. Both rooms were cleaned up perfectly. I would highly recommend. Fine and will call him again for future projects. He was a pleasure to work with.

This is the second time Jim Turner of Regency Wallcraft has worked on my house. His work is exquisite. He is meticulous and takes pride in doing fine work. A real artist with paper! He is a nice person, very trustworthy, and my dogs love him.

We did not hire Jim to do our project but, he was very courteous and paid great attention to detail as he collected data to formulate the estimate. We hired another contractor who priced the job significantly lower.

Jim Turner is a real pro. On time, neat, considerate and a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

FROM HIS WEBSITE I LEARNED OF HIS INVOLVEMENT IN PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY ORGANIZATION. MULTIPLE ARTICLES HE HAS WRITTEN FOR TRADE MAGAZINES, ETC- ALL OF WHICH CONVINCED ME OF HIS PROFESSIONALISM, EXPERIENCE, AND ETHICAL QUALITIES AS A BUSINESS. HIS WORK WAS IMPECCABLE. WE HAVE A 100+ YEAR OLD HOUSE-NOTHING IS STRAIGHT OR AT A RIGHT ANGLE. THE PAPER I CHOSE HAD A LARGE REPEAT AND A SMALL, INTRICATE PATTERN. I AM A PERFECTIONIST WITH AN EYE FOR DETAIL, AND AFTER MANY CAREFUL INSPECTIONS, CANNOT FIND ONE FLAW! MY ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL-THANK YOU JIM!

ON TIME, NEAT, PROFESSIONAL, VERY POLITE. GREAT JOB, COST WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED FOR THE SIZE OF THE ROOM. PROBABLY WILL HAVE AGAIN, THOUGH, BECAUSE THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT.

JIM ARRIVED AT THE STATED TIMES, BOTH FOR THE ESTIMATE AND THE WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE 2 DAYS THAT WERE ESTIMATED. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO FIND A PERSON SO PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS CRAFT. I THINK THE BATHROOM WAS LEFT CLEANER THAN WHEN HE STARTED. THE ENERGIZER BATTERY COMMERCIAL COULD HAVE BEEN MODELED AFTER JIM. HE JUST KEPT GOING! JIM COMES WITH MY HIGH RECOMMENDATION.

EXCELLENT, WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PAPER ORDER BUT THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WHILE WE GOT IT STRAIGHTENED OUT, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THE SUNROOM WALLPAPER WAS VERY OLD. JIM TURNED IT INTO A NEW, PLEASANT ROOM AGAIN. HIS OTHER WORK WAS BEAUTIFUL. HE IS A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. WE'D RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.
