Very quick to give estimate and really appreciated his help in figuring out how much wallcovering was needed. Took his time and did things right! Simply put, Mr. Turner is nothing short of a master craftsman: he knows the correct ways to do things, he knows how to avoid pitfalls, and he knows how to fix other contractors' messes. He has a tremendous amount of experience in his trade. His work is exemplary, and I've never seen a craftsman match his attention to quality or detail. Add to that he also knows how to really care for people's homes and feelings.

He returned my initial call the same day and set up an appointment to give us an estimate the next day. He showed up on time and was very professional. We had an estimate emailed to us a few hours after he left.

The overall experience was very positive. He did a fine job with the walls which had stubborn adhesive and we appreciate the care he took of our home and furniture. He also referred us to an Angie's list reviewed painter. Although his quote was higher than we originally anticipated, we ultimately chose his service because of his excellent AL reviews and... we just trusted him.

Jim was an absolute professional and gentleman from the start. He took time over the phone to describe how the process would work and helped me understand how to order paper properly as well as prep the rooms before his arrival. When ordering the paper, the website's online calculator did not take into account the need to have some extra paper to be sure the pattern lined up correctly and was centered on the wall. Jim took the time to precisely measure and predict whether we had enough paper and went out of his way to to call the online vendor himself to be sure our batch of wallpaper would match with their stock. He then rescheduled at our convenience to come back and put up the paper on 2 separate dates. The work was immaculate looks amazing. His attention to detail showed his true craftmanship and he felt it important to inform us as he proceeded with his work to let us know how we might order and hang other wallpaper in the future, plus took care to make sure it would be easy to remove if we wanted to down the road. We can't say enough about Jim's professionalism and the high quality of his work. We would recommend him/Regency Wallcraft to anyone interested in hanging wallpaper.

We like him very much. He was very good to work with. He did a real nice job and was careful with lead based stuff since it is an older house. He was responsive, reliable and we felt comfortable leaving him in our house without us being there. He is expensive but he does quality work. He charges more but he is a real professional. We get what we pay for. We would absolutely use him again in the future.

From start to finish, Jim was very professional. When he came to give us an estimate, I was most impressed with his evaluation of the overall project and description of our options. We decided to go with him, even though he was considerably more expensive than the other estimate. In short, Jim was worth it. He kept us informed of the project's timeline and showed up promptly. Jim is fabulous - punctual, detail oriented, able to think on the fly, and meticulous in his installation process and measurements. We decided to use a professional hanger because our house is old and out of plumb, and because of the cost of the material - Bradbury and Bradbury isn't inexpensive stock, and the need for it to be pretrimmed before installation. The room that was slated for the installation has four windows, and two doors - all different sizes. One of the windows is a bay window that isn't perfect. The workmanship is stunning. He worked with us to overcome a 1" running drop in our ceiling line, how best to deal with the problem, and he made the solution work. I have waited 18 years to have a B&B freize installed and it is simply jaw dropping gorgeous. We had an unplanned additional day of labor because of high humidity - Jim's final cost was exactly as his estimate. I can recommend him without reservation, and I recommend Regency Wallcoverings with great enthusiasm, and gratitude.

Newly wallpapered room looks great! he arrived on time, worked hard until work was completed, work was high quality and work area was cleaned when finished.

He seemed very knowledgeable. The guy that was doing the bad rennovation in the bathroom did damage to the wall paper. We knew we were going to have to do some patching. We called Regency, and they came out that day. They told the workman to not touch anymore of the wall paper and that he would take care of it. He was able to repair the wall paper and match everything up for us. He went above and beyond by coming out and providing direction. He was one of the most meticulous people I have ever seen do work with wall paper. The quality of work is priceless. You don't see seems. The cuts are even. The work environment is very clean. He doesn't rush the job. He gets the job done right. For this type of work, I was fine with paying this price for the repair. When he came out to assess the job after the workers worked in the bathroom he was running late. He called me to let me know he would be late and let me know that I could re-schedule if it would be more convenient.

If you are looking for a professional paper hanger and like things done right, get excited. Jim is an expert and his work is perfection. He is punctual, neat and made our wallpaper look better than we imagined it could. Do not attempt grasscloth yourself. Call Jim, he will help you promptly.

Jim came in and removed everything we needed and left the walls in extremely good condition, considering there were multiple layers of wallcovering to be removed. I contacted Jim Turner of Regency Wallcraft to wallpaper a powder room, an upstairs bathroom and to paint an office. I chose Regency Wallcraft because of the wonderful reviews I found on Angie's List regarding Jim Turner's excellent work. In my opinion, Jim Turner lived up to and surpassed those reviews. He exceeded my expectations. I found him to be a professional in every sense of the word. He was conscientious, meticulous, courteous and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased. In addition, his customer service was without peer. Jim cares about his craft and his many years of experience reflect that. On a personal note, he was truly a pleasure to be around. I enjoyed his company...as did my dog, Benji!!

I had bids as low as $300. I'm taking another bid which includes the painting of another room for $700. I was unbelievably shocked at the price they were legitimately charging. It's more than a bit over the range, as it's four times over what I would pay for two rooms. I could do the whole house for that.

Mr. Turner provided excellent work in every way from preparation to cutting, fitting, matching design from panel-to-panel, pasting, finishing and cleaning up. Work appeared to highly professional, accurate and expertly done.
