Description of Work: I have them service my water softener and sink water purifier every year. They do an excellent job. Filters a r e changed and salt blocks are purchased. I've used them for ten years.

Description of Work: They did a good job but they had a couple things that I had to point out for them to fix. They was a softener under the sink installed as a well a general softener for the whole house. hfjdfhgkdfg

Description of Work: I had scheduled a filter change and routine maintenance for a Friday at 4 pm and canceled appointments with clients in order to be home at that time. We'd been drinking bottled water for a week because of the taste of our water, so I was really looking forward to this appointment. The girl in the office (Ashley I believe) called Fri morning and said they had to cancel and reschedule my appointment because an employee called off. |I explained my situation but she said they needed to cx some appointments and mine was one of them. When trying to reschedule she informed me that I would not be able to schedule a 4pm appointment unless I wanted to pay an after hours fee. She was very rude and made no attempt to "please the customer", even though I had previously been told I could have that time and THEY were canceling at the last minute and inconveniencing ME. |When you have their water system you are hamstrung to only use them for service calls, so they really make no effort at providing good customer service since you have to use them. This isn't the first instance of poor customer service from them since I had them install their overpriced water softener system. |I've been so angry about how this was handled that I purchased a Pur water filter and have been using it. And guess what? The water tastes just as good! |I would strongly recommend against purchasing a system from them unless you want to be stuck with overpriced filters and service calls with poor customer service for the life of your system.
