I would definately recommend.
Description of Work: My furnace stopped working and fred was able to come right away as we were being visited by another polar vortex. My condo is old so I had many questions not only about my furnace but water heater and air conditioner as well. He explained my whole setup to me very patiently. He quickly diagnosed my furnace, explained the repair to fan and chimney and fixed it.

Overall, pleased with work.
Description of Work: Our condensation drain was obstructed and caused water to back up into our A/C air flow cabinet. This caused water to leak onto our basement floor. The serviceman analyzed and fixed the problem right away. As he was finishing up I asked him about the 1 inch of standing water in the A/C cabinet. He said it would evaporate in a short time. After 2 days of mopping the floor I decided to soak up the water myself. Overall they did a great job, just don't know why he didn't use the shop vac that he already had in my basement to drain out the water.
