6 people worked 6 hours and my house has never been so clean. I will schedule regular cleanings with this company. The team worked nonstop and always kept me informed as to their progress.. They truly met my expectations by doing deep cleaning as they describe in their web site..

The entire experience from initial contact to completed job could not have gone any better. Let me be clear, I'm a bad housekeeper. Pristine Clean contacted me same day to establish a time to come out of the a 5 minute estimate appointment, which I was very nervous to do. The estimator was prompt, professional, and personable. The appointment to perform the cleaning was scheduled for the next week, and that delay was only so I would have enough time to get the rooms into shape to facilitate the cleaning. The 3-person cleaning crew arrived on-time and worked through the day. I was able to work from home as the process was fairly quiet throughout the entire cleaning process. As an additional service, another resource re-caulked the two showers in my home, to get rid of all mildew. My house sparkles now, which is never something I thought I'd be able to say. On top of the expected vacuuming, dusting and polishing, they even did origami with the toilet tissue in each bathroom! It's big things the people I can now invite over will see, and the little things I greatly appreciate. I cannot say enough positive things. I'm so pleased, I've eagerly established on-going bi-weekly service.

Initially, we started with a deep clean and then decided on a biweekly cleaning schedule. We were given a clear and concise quote for all services ahead of time. There have never been any surprises with fees.

It went great! If you even think about calling anyone else you are out of your mind. Highly recommended and will not use on a bi-weekly basis

We have been using Pristine for several years and are very happy with this company. The crew is very professional and are people I am comfortable with having access to our home. We usually have the same people which is a big plus. We do travel and they are very flexible with our schedule. We highly recommend them. It's great to come home to a clean house!

They are just wonderful people. I first called and told them that my husband had multiple surgeries performed since we had bad backs and that the house had been neglected for more than 10 years. I told them that we needed somebody who does an operation of cleaning up after a fire and they told me that they could do that. They first came out and a group of 3-4 people put in 2-3 days of work and really made the place clean. A young couple now comes out and we have a really good relationship and it has been going very smoothly. I am extremely grateful for it because I really cannot do housework anymore. They even make my bed for me since I would have to rest for a day if I did that. I think that their price is very reasonable for what they do. They work very quickly and finish the work in about an hour or an hour and a half. I am not usually here either when they arrive or when they leave, but they work hard.

They did not speak any English. So I don't know how to tell them what i want. They did not do any of the dusting. I just want done what I want done.

The deal was advertised as 4 hours of cleaning, but in reality, it is one hour with 4 people....this was o.k. with me, as I did not have to stay home for 4 hours. The cleaners were good workers and very nice. We did have a little communication issue, as I do not speak Spanish. Our house was cleaned and smelled great. They also did little details like folded our towels like a hotel and created flowers out of the kleenex. This was not the type of deep cleaning (i.e. wet mop instead of a damp dust) I had hoped for, but again, they were only supposed to be here an hour and were kind enough to stay two to complete the job. For the time allotted we were happy. They did SUPER clean our stove. We did not know that the top could shine like that! The oven was also super-cleaned, but did not really require it as it is self-cleaning. I also found their customer service to be outstanding. I did not receive the e-mail telling me to have my own supplies ready and they were kind enough to use their own supplies, since I was not prepared. They were also great about scheduling a time for me. All in all, it was an interesting experience as we've never had the house cleaned before!

They initially came every other week and then I increased it to weekly. So it is not like I was an occasional customer. The first set of workers were fine for the first year then there work started to go down hill.There was a cleaning crew change- this crew was even worse. He changed the crew again-the last set was better.

I called to make appt and was answered promptly, both times. The first appt time was rescheduled because it was lost in the paperwork (which, fortunately for me, was discovered when I had called a week beforehand to ask a question and it was discovered I was not on the schedule). The real appt went fine. They showed up when scheduled with 1 extra person, unloaded all gear, and the "leader" walked with me through the house and communicated with his workers what was to be done. This was needed as only 1 of the 3 spoke broken English. The leader left and the 3 workers did a very good job. All were friendly and hard-working. The woman that I communicated with asked me to check what they had done and asked if there was anything they had missed or that I was not satisfied with. Everything looked good. The leader came back, a little late, to pick up his crew. He told me that regular clients get a set appt time each week or as requested, and that I would get an email with the pricing of their routine cleaning and 'deep' cleaning services. So far, I have yet to receive it. I do hope the office follows through with the information because I would seriously consider hiring them for their services.

An hour after the scheduled appointment, the boss arrived with two men who spoke not a word of English. The boss showed them what to do and left, saying he would return for the men up at 7:00 p.m. He did not return until 7:30. The younger man worked in the kitchen while the other (older man) worked upstairs in the master bath. The man upstairs did not even pretend to clean the bathtub, and the mirrors were so streaked that I had to redo them. Instead of cleaning the shower, I believe he merely wiped it down (since I heard no running water while he was up there). To make matters worse, he pulled the shower door off the track and left it that way. (I discovered it while they were outside waiting for their boss to pick them up.) The man upstairs cleaned NOTHING in the bedroom. As for downstairs, both men worked for a time in the kitchen, wiping off some of the counter tops, but not moving the toaster oven or coffee maker to clean behind or under them. Some counter tops weren't cleaned at all. They did not clean the top of the refrigerator and washed AROUND the kitchen throw rugs when they cleaned the floor. They vacuumed only in traffic areas without even moving the throw rugs. Some dusting was done, but did not include all the furniture. The younger man downstairs did wipe down some of the baseboards and did clean my front porch mat while he was outside waiting for his boss to arrive. Nevertheless, I am very disappointed with this experience and cannot recommend this company. Someone who speaks English (and Spanish) should have stayed with these men since I could not communicate with them.

They were good. I did not know they would bring so many people but that was fine. They did a good job but the only thing that bothered me and I did not follow up on was that I have some permanent staining from the foot-top on the metal. I spent $80 on that work. There was a language problem because only one person spoke English.

I’m somewhat satisfied overall. Not completely blown away, but they’re taking care of my needs.

I purchased the Big Deal Promotion for 4 hours of housecleaning for a bargain $70 ten months ago and I thought it would be a great way to get much of the pre-Passover preparation done without all the work I usually do. I called to arrange the service a couple months ago and was asked for a range of dates because it was too far in advance to settle. There was a bit of confusion when I called back to settle on the date because the owner was out-of-town, but it was resolved satisfactorily. I was overwhelmed by the service! The owner called the night before to tell me when they would be here. They ran into a few problems and he called a couple of times to say they would be delayed. I appreciated his calls and it did not create any problems for me. The team members were very professional, polite, eager to please and friendly (I wish I could speak Spanish so I could have communicated directly, especially to tell them how pleased I was. If there was a rating above A, I would have given Pristine Clean Services of Columbus that rating.

Terrible right from the very beginning. I called a month in advance because I wanted a certain date due to the fact I was hosting a bridal shower. It took a week to receive a return call and many excuses as to why ("I'm new here, my boss is on vacation....etc.). I told her the date I wanted. She said she would get back to me. Another week went by before I heard from her again. She offered me 3 dates that were not the date I wanted. I told her that I had wanted a specific date due to this party and that I was getting frustrated, it was getting closer to the party, it was taking very long for her to get this scheduled. She did apologize for the long delay, again with many excuses. After several more days of delay she said there was nothing that could be done I needed to accept a date that was several days before my party. I accepted it. The cleaners were supposed to arrive at 10 am (enough time to get my kids on the bus and me showered etc.) They (a man and a woman) arrived at 8:30 am. Very hectic time in my home getting kids on bus, worst time to arrive. They didn't speak english very well and we couldn't communicate to eachother that they were an hour and a half early. either they weren't aware of that or didn't seem to think it was a problem to show up so early but they stated they could not come back later. So I allowed them to get started. They worked slowly. What they did clean they cleaned well but they didn't clean very much. Basically they cleaned most of the main floor. None of the upstairs or lower level. Worst part was half way through the clleaning I heard a very loud BANG and rushed to the living room. The woman had somehow pushed the arm that holds up the lid of the grand piano so it crashed down and broke the lid off the hinges. Her thumb was bleeding but she said she was ok. I got her some bandaids. I felt bad for her and I was upset about my piano. I called the office the next day to let them know what happened. she said to get an estimate of how much it would cost and to send them the estimate. It cost us 290$ to fix the piano. I emailed and called them several times asking for their fax number so that I could send it to them. For weeks they ignored my emails and calls. Eventually I did get an email stating they would offer me a free cleaning in return. HA! Like I'd want to go through this miserable experience again! DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!!

They kept putting us off and would not answer our phone calls. We did talk to them and they kept telling us it would be three days but they were hesitant to come the distance to where we live. They never actually did the service.

They did a great job. They are pretty thorough with what they do. I have asked them twice to clean for me regularly and they haven't gotten back to me, it's been six weeks. They were right on time and their professional is fine.

I received an email ahead of their visit outlining in detail what was and wasn't included. It specifically stated that I was to provide my own cleaning supplies and equipment and where to put them (on the kitchen counter.) A crew of two women and one man arrived twenty minutes late, but I had received a call from the owner ahead of time explaining and telling me when to expect them and they arrived just as he said they would. To my surprise, they were carrying a large load of supplies and vacuums. Apparently they came prepared even though they were clear about my needing to provide my own supplies. It quickly became apparent that we had a language barrier. Only one of the crew could speak English and he was far from fluent. They preferred to use their own equipment, seemingly intimidated by my steam cleaner and vacuum, which was fine with me. They even used their own rags. We had a little confusion with them using the wrong cleaners on my ceramic tile and wood dining table. But once we stumbled through the initial instructions with a combination of my poorly remembered Spanglish and charades, this crew set off to work in a frenzy... with good old-fashioned elbow grease! Each team member had his/her area of expertise and right before my eyes this place was sparkling clean with the pleasant smell of cloves. They did all the baseboards and outside and inside the cupboard doors. The tile floors were mopped on their hands and knees and were never cleaner. Upon completion they had me tour the house and then placed a call to the owner who checked with me to be certain I was satisfied. They took every piece of trash with them. As an amusing added touch, we discovered after they left that every tissue box and t.p. dispenser had the top piece folded into various origami masterpieces, even in the bathrooms they weren't responsible to clean! I would without question recommend these hard workers to anyone. Just limit the # of choices of supplies and place the correct one where you want it used and you'll avoid all confusion. Or call the boss who's always there to help. :-)

I wasn?t overly impressed with them. The price wasn?t too much. They didn?t clean that well. They weren?t very thorough and I wouldn?t hire them again. They came when they said they would. I thought that the price was fair, but they didn?t do a great job. They were professional.

Beautifully! As I said, it was sparkling clean, especially compared to before they started. Moshe and the employees were very kind to my brother and worked hard for a very long time. Their service was excellent and I would definitely refer them to friends.
