They did an excellent job. They were running late for the appointment so we had to reschedule.

Our first experience with Pristine Clean was a deep clean of a new home purchase. While they did a decent job overall, they missed a LOT of things in the kitchen. After complaining, they provided several free cleanings (no refund offered) and we accepted the offer. Over the next couple of months, we had hit-or-miss service. While the main contact at the company was fabulous, we did not feel that those doing the work displayed that same professionalism. After several no-shows and numerous quality issues, we chose to sever the ties and went with another company.

They did such a good job I had them do my daughter's and son-in-law's cars!

Two cleaners came out and worked for around seven hours. I had just had remodeling done and there was dust on everything, they did an excellent job. They were available when I needed them and they gave me an Angie's List discount.

his crew worked very hard at an extremely difficult job. as the house was unoccupied for a time, there was lots of mouse droppings and filth. they also disposed of all the debris and unwanted household items( a huge amount). as i was sleeping at the adress, they even bought sheets and a cover and made one of the upstairs bed for me, as i was in a sleeping bag. he worked in four hour shifts and allways called before he came. his crew was friendly and courtious and very hard workers. when he could not meet a time due to unexpected circumstance(rare) he would allways call and let me know and make alternate arraingements. i have seven rooms, most of them contained multiple items of furniture and various amounts of debris. much of this was unwanted by me, but some was very much important for me to save and remove as they were family items. the crew were very helpful in separating and organizing the various items. many of these items, those i wished to save and those i wished to dispose of were very large and/or heavy and awkward to handle. all were handled quickly and carefully. there was one recliner that i was dreading had to be moved from the basement to the living room so it would ready to be moved to a new location. i saw it being moved down there many years ago, and the guys that took it down had a lot of trouble and lost a lot of skin on the way down. i guess i must have looked hungry to them for one day they showed up with some corn meal pancakes with various vegetables baked in. they were home made and they were really tasty. i can't remember for the life of me what he called them, but they were great. i very much felt comfortable with them in my home, and as an old fellow who lives alone and likes it that way that's saying a lot. also, several times i had to leave the house for various appointments. they were very conscientious and were careful going in and out with my dog there and were very careful she didn't wander out the door or the back gate. after a few days she would look forward to their visits. her tail would wag when anyone knocked on the door. all through the whole job they went beyond the basic tasks and really did the extra things that i thought made all the difference. for instance, they cleaned off the back porch, removing an old grill and a couple of old broken window air conditioners. this was as per my instructions, but they also, when they were done sweeping all the mud and leaves they washed the concrete and bleached it to whiten it up. it looks almost brand new now. they also supprised a small young possum, which caused a bit of a stir as two of the fellows were born in nigeria and had never seen one before. fortunately i was there to explain and save the day. the house is three floors, counting the basement, and they had no problem carrying all that stuff all down and out of the house. they also helped me stage the items i was keeping and really helped make it much easier for me to get it out when i'm ready to take it away. they cleared out all the unwanted items in the garage, stacked and organized the remaining items after they had swept and washed the garage floor. once again they were only asked to clear it out and sweep it, but they washed it and it too looks new. they also removed many things that were stored in the rafters that i would have never been able to get to. he hauled away all the items that i didn't want, which was a considerable amount. he also gave me a free house cleaning on the bottom floor where i was living while i get this place ready to sell when he was finishing up on the garage last of all. he even arranged to have my lawn mowed for me when he learned i was having out patient surgery. he also was very flexable when i had to have him skip a few days to have another crew come in to do some other work i found him and his crew both friendly and easy to work with, and i would definitely recommend them to a friend. as a matter of fact i have already recommended them to my brother

It was wonderful. They were efficient and got everything done. They were able to individualized what we needed done. The stove and refrigerator were spotless.

He was wanting to charge more than I wanted to pay and was not very professional so I did not end up using the big deal.

The cleaners actually showed up about 15 minutes earlier than they were supposed to which I did not mind at all. I would have preferred a phone call to say they were coming, but I don't think that is customary for home cleaners. They arrived in one of their personal vehicles with a t-shirt with the company name. They never referred to me by name, asked me any questions, or said anything to me at all until they said they were done. The seemed very friendly though, and in good moods. They worked diligently and were done on time. The house looks great. No major issues. I guess if there was anything I would have changed about the experience I wish they would have perhaps been a little more social. It felt a little awkward to be sitting around while they spoke Spanish to one another. This is only the second time I've ever had a service like this done, though, so perhaps my expectations are just a little off. Overall I recommend!

We've used them before, will use them again. Great work ethic, friendly, professional.

The deep cleaning was great but scheduling the follow-up monthly cleanings was ridiculous. they would call me the day before ti ckean and since I work full time I was unable to find a solution to this problem.

They are prompt, polite, professional. If we need something special done, they always come through.

They were great. The owner was very responsive. They were very nice and responsible.

The best part was they were incredibly prompt, they were thorough, and the communication with me is very good.

Did a great job. Paid extra attention to details such as cleaning out the inside do the bathroom trashcan even stayed a bit post the agreed time to finish mopping the livingroom floors. Overall I am very pleased. One minor complaint is that whatever cleaning agent they used had a very overpowering "fake clean" scent my advice would be to ask before the cleaning what products will be used or to provide your own.

It went well but they left the floors really wet though. The carpets were soaking wet when they were done. It took a couple of days to dry it and they really didn't get the stains out either. They were late getting there for one and they were in a hurry.

Pristine Clean showed on time and did a real professional job. Our area carpet is on our wood floor, so we were concerned about the steam ruining our flooring. The technician took very good care of us, even leaving his blower/dryer with us overnight to ensure quickest drying --- great job !!

There were numerous communication issues before the visit and then on the visit itself there were a number of problems. The biggest problem is terrible communication. I initially emailed them to set up the pre-visit and no one got back to me. I had to email them multiple times. They also initially promised me that the date I wanted (which was more than a month away at the time) was fine. On the day of the pre-visit, the person who arrived didn't know about that date and said they would try to make it work. He called me a few days later and said it was okay and they would be there at 9. Then the day before he called and said that they would be there at 12. However, the cleaners did not arrive until 2:30 and there were only 2 of them. They were not informed of what it was they were there to do, and in fact thought that they were only supposed to clean one story. There were also multiple problems with the cleaning itself. They did a good job in the upstairs and the bathroom, although the display on an LCD screen weather station device in the bathroom was damaged. Only the kitchen was mopped on the first floor. The dining and living room weren't mopped. Then they also damaged our kitchen sink. The sink didn't work properly Immediately after the visit, the water flow was not the normal high pressure, and after a few minutes of trying to figure it out, water would no longer come out of the faucet at all and would only come out of the sprayer. We had to replace the sink faucet which cost us over $100. And finally, no one apologized or attempted to make the situation better. They were there until 7:30PM and I had to sit outside with my dog. I had taken her to a sitter to keep her out of the house but I had to pick her up at 6:30 and they were not even close to done. The owner was helping clean at the end, and even told my husband to give them a call when we wanted another cleaning. Nobody acknowledged or apologized for how badly things had gone. We also did not receive the service time that was stated on the Big Deal (about 12 hours instead of 18) and we had to pay to fix our sink after they broke it. The cleaning itself was ok except for the parts they missed but I was really angry about the communication problems and would never use them again. I do not think I could count on them to save the date I asked for or show up on time. They are really disorganized.

It turned out well! They did a good job.

Pristine cleaning services has been a lifesaver for our family. We have been using their services bi-weekly for 6 months. We have used a couple different cleaning companies before and this company has nailed it! They are kind and take a lot of pride in their work.

I called the company to do a deep clean on my daughter's house and the results were fantastic. The house shined like it never had before.

The crew showed up on time and everyone did an excellent job. We found nothing at all that needed any extra attention.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were adequate, nothing particularly bad or good. I paid additional because I had a larger space than was included in the Big Deal but the charges were very reasonable for the extra space. It was very straightforward. I would use them again but I don't necessarily recommend them. There was nothing wrong with them; there just wasn't anything special about them.

They were good. They sent two ladies and they were very nice. If I asked them to do something a certain way they did it. I would use them again. I have a regular cleaning person now, but if I ever needed them again, I would call them.
