Description of Work: Did a fantastic job of cleaning my house and also steam cleaned one carpet. Everything was fabulous but the price was high in comparison to alternatives. I would use them again but would probably try and negotiate a better price.

Description of Work: Very unprofessional. I had used them in the past and service was good but this time, this crew didn't complete services. They didn't even dust some areas. Floors were not 'cleaned'...and I am by no means messy. I called immediately and they didn't respond for 2 days. I had to re-clean my house. Then when they called back, they expected me to pay for it the full service even though they didn't actually 'complete' the services in the first place (My place was not clean after they left). He wanted to blame me and yell at me on phone. It was so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this cleaning service to anyone!

Description of Work: Pristine Clean Services was very responsive and followed up in order to provide a bid. However, their proposal was quite a bit higher than the one I accepted. The individuals that visited seemed polite and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: The work was okay. What was missed we pointed out and they did the work. The first lady arrived and said the second gentleman "her boss" was not going to be able to come. Since it was late afternoon, we were worried that she was going to have to stay 4 hours to provide the services paid for. I told her that a gentleman called and said he was a few minutes away in traffic. She said, oh, maybe he's coming. The gentleman had asked me if I would reschedule or did I want to wait a few minutes on him. I told him I would prefer he come then since I was off work to have the cleaning done. He showed up 45 minutes late!!! No, we would not use them again. 45 minutes is very different than a "few minutes."

Description of Work: I missed the fine print in the Big Deal offer of Pristine Clean Services, LLC before placing my order. After talking to the provider and reading the fine print, I realized that this deal is not good for me. The provider and I both apologized to each other and mutually agreed to cancel the deal. The provider kindly reminded me to contact Angie's list and request a refund. I wish the big deal offer contained all the restrictions on the front page not in the fine print. My learning experience is: Look for the fine print before accepting a deal, which looks too good to be true!

Description of Work: I have used Pristine Cleaning Services twice - very happy with them - I called them because of ad in the Angie's List magazine.

Description of Work: I had gotten the Big Deal coupon, and at first they were not responsive. Once I made a complaint, they did call and after more unresponsiveness, set a date for 2/28/11 at 9:30 a.m. for them to come and clean. I called when they were 20 minutes no show, and again at 45 min. no show. I asked for a refund. I have not heard from them yet (3/2/11). I just want my money back since they did not come to do the work on the day established.
