My house has never been this clean! I've been using Pristine for a few months now and they are consistent in their professionalism, and their amazing job! I had tried several other cleaners in the past but had problems with never knowing who would show up, and each team had different standards. With Pristine Clean I have the same team every week, so no surprises, and they do a fabulous job! Cleaning every nook and cranny, and even doing a few extra tasks if I ask them! I recommend them highly!

I hit the jackpot with Moshe Levi and his cleaning crew! I am very, very, very fussy and never thought I would find someone who can clean better than I can - but Moshe proved me wrong, and now I am hooked on his services. He wasn't my first choice because I always select a vendor with lots of A replies & Pristine didn't have as many as others, but the one I originally contacted didn't return my phone calls on a timely basis and then couldn't fit me in, but then I got lucky. Despite the holiday crunch and demanding client requests, Moshe personally came to my house with Maria (an absolute gem of a lady who would be in charge of the crew at my house), the same night that I called him. Moshe is polite, friendly, professional and not at all pushy. He provided me with a well designed & informative printed color brochure & business card upon his arrival, and worked with me on scheduling and budget. Maria and her team cleaned my house, then more people arrived to clean the carpet. What a stress reliever Pristine was for me. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER ANYONE ELSE. TRUST ME. YOU WILL BE AS HAPPY AS I AM.

They were very punctual, actually a little early, and did a very good job.

I thought they did a poor job cleaning because they missed a lot of things.

I contacted Pristine Clean and set up a preliminary appointment with Moshe to take a look at our house to determine a cleaning program. Before the visit, he sent me an estimate of cleaning charges, and I agreed to them. I was a little disheartened when he did not appear at the appointed time, so I called to see what the problem was. He apologized--it had been a very hectic day, but I still felt he should have called to let me know. We rescheduled for the next day, and this time he was right on time. After his walk through, we scheduled the deep cleaning. A crew of three arrived a little late (but they called to alert me) and did an outstanding job for four hours without a break. The house really looked great after they left, and we're working on setting up a regular monthly schedule.

My Clintonville home was cleaned thoroughly. Moshe provided an email estimate based on square footage (1575 sq ft). The details were sent to me via email. Moshe did a walk through the day before and the cleaning took place the next day. There was flexibility in when the team came out (very helpful). 3 employees (led by Lude (spelling?)) spent about 4 and 1/2 hours cleaning my home. All 3 were very professional and helpful. I stayed home during the cleaning to move my animals into the first room cleaned to keep them out of the way. (I had asked for the "animal" room to be cleaned first to enable this.) What I really liked was the fact that the blinds in all rooms were cleaned (as thoroughly as possible without removing them). They were really dirty! Excellent job in all rooms and hallways! My lighting fixtures on the ceiling were also cleaned - they completely disassembled these and washed them - great! My overhead fans were also thoroughly cleaned. Overall they were really good. I am planning to have them come out every 4-5 months to do the deep cleaning.

They do a very thorough job. Everything looks great. The people that clean the house are very friendly and professional. They do what they say they are going to. They show up on time. They sometimes call to follow-up to make sure we are satisfied with the services.

The owner Moshe Levi, was very prompt in returning my phone call and came out right away to give me an estimate. I was impressed by his willingness to listen and find out my wishes, but also his willingness to be available to do other tasks around the house. He has an enthusiastic can-do attitude. He emphasized that he wished to keep the communications lines open and if I were ever unhappy about anything to let him know right away and he would correct it. The initial deep clean was done very well. I have the same crew every time and they are prompt, efficient, and do a great job. Very friendly people.

Our house is immaculate when we arrive home after Pristine Clean has been there. We continue to discover new places that they have cleaned. The owner, Moshe Levi, is responsive and professional. When I initially contacted him, he responded the same day. He provided me a quote in writing. The initial deep clean took longer than they expected, but Mr. Levi kept to his original quote on the price. We later renegotiated our biweekly rate, which went up a bit from the original quote, but I still feel without a doubt that I am getting my money's worth. Pristine Clean's prices are very competitive. I would recommend this cleaning service without hesitation.

Moshe Levi showed up with two of his employees to evaluate the services we would be needing done. They showed up on the following appointment on time and did a great job. Everything looked and smelled wonderful. We have hired them on a ongoing biweekly schedule.

I think that they did a great job. They did everything that they said they would do. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I'll be spending eighty five dollars every two weeks.

I called on a Tuesday night and Moshe responded immediately, and scheduled the clean for the following day. WOW!!! Moshe and a crew of 3 people cleaned for 4 1/2 hours and were extremely thorough. I loved the little touches like folding the towels in the bathroom, taking the books off the bookshelves to dust both books and shelves, and moving furniture to clean behind it. I have cats and dogs and they were very gracious about working around the animals. It was an incredible experience and my house has NEVER been so clean. I was so impressed that I signed up for bimonthly cleanings, too. Moshe was very concerned that I was satisfied (I was!) and was extremely agreeable about using products that are not dangerous to animals. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company!!!!

My house was so dirty. Between working full-time and being a full-time student, I had neglected my house cleaning duties and decided to check out house cleaning companies on Angie's List. Based on Pristine Cleaning Services great reviews, I decided to give them a call. Moshe came out to the house the next day and gave me an estimate (the price was EXCELLENT) for the deep clean and then the bi-weekly visits. The crew arrived the next day and spent several hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. There were actually a couple things (like my bathtub drain) that changed colors because of how clean they got them! They really paid attention to detail and cleaned under the claw foot tub and all the beds and furniture. They got my stainless steel refrigerator shining like brand new, my hardwood floors were gleaming. I am very much impressed with their services. Moshe is a great businessman and has a great team working for him. I will use their services again and will tell others about how great they have been.

Overall, this company did an excellent job. The carpet was beautiful. Everywhere was clean including the blinds. I will probably schedule them to start cleaning my new home on a regular basis. I recommend Pristine Clean Services!

It was a good experience. They were very thorough and they asked questions as far as what our preferences were in a couple if areas. They were very accommodating.

I just came home after our bi-weekly cleaning, and the place was so clean, everything literally sparkled! We have 5 dogs, so our home presents a challenge. They exceeded our expectations. They even vacuumed the dog beds! Can a house ever be too clean? I almost felt that it was, because anyone else I've ever used have never done this well. Very personable and professional. Very thorough.

My house was shining when they left. The only complaint I have is that they only one spoke English and not very well. There were communication issues with my southern accent.

They came over ahead of time to see the house. On the day they came over to clean, they were very punctual and did an excellent job. Our house was sparkling when they were done! They even steam cleaned a couple rooms that we had not said to clean and did not charge us extra money. We were very pleased with the job they did.

I emailed Moshe on a Thursday afternoon. He replied to the email in under an hour with an extremely detailed response. I received a follow-up call a few hours later and Moshe arranged to personally come out to the house with a colleague to firm up his estimate. Moshe worked around our schedule and came out that same evening at approximately 10 pm. Being extremely pleased with his responsiveness and professionalism we decided to hire his company for the service and a crew of 4 came out the very next day (Friday) for a "deep clean". We were blown away with the quality of the service. Moshe followed up with us shortly thereafter and we are now having them come out every two weeks. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had!

Great. Very professional crew had the house immaculately clean. There was one scheduling hiccup, but this was clearly communicated and rescheduled as soon as the problem was recognized on their end.

Everything has been wonderful. Their pricing seems to be very competitive. They are very thorough in cleaning the carpet, and they are excellent in responding to phone calls.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Is that enough wows!, I was 100% satisfied and impressed by the level of service provided by owner Moshe Levi's company Pristine Clean Services. My wife and I are like many Angie's List members, we both are very busy with work, school and family commitments and needed help to keep from being overwhelmed by the seemingly endless cleaning, our 5 and 9 year-old sons just don't do a very good job keeping up the place :-) I enlisted the assistance of Angie's List and found Pristine Clean Services - I sent an email on a Sunday to Moshe and had a reply less than an hour later with an initial appointment scheduled 2 days after that. Moshe is the consummate professional and the team he employs at Pristine Clean Services will meet all of your expectations (and more). I have never employed a cleaning service prior to this as I felt quite frankly that it was a little haughty-taughty to have a "housekeeper" but I now wish I would have started years ago as it is a invaluable service for the money spent. The moment I greeted the clean team and their myriad of cleaning supplies (and I thought I had a lot of cleaning stuff) I knew I had made the right choice. The two-person crew quickly and efficiently went to work and when they were finished I saw the final results and felt like I had moved into a new house. There were things sparkling and shining that I forgot sparkled and shined. Spring cleaning to the 10th power. I called Moshe to let him know that he could sign me up for a long-term commitment, every four weeks I can expect a level of service that is worth 3x the price. Moshe has no hidden costs and bases his price structure on frequency of cleaning x sq.footage = simple + very affordable. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am and Moshe called shortly after the team had finished to inquire as to my level of satisfaction and if there were any issues - now that IS service. It may sound like I am a payed spokesperson, but I just know value and professionalism when I see it.

They are very detail oriented. They will do things you don't even have to ask for-like marks off the wall, etc. There were some things in a chair-they folded the clothes. Anything that needed attention, they took care of. I was very happy.
