They were professional and they did a great job. They were very efficient and they were on time. We were putting our house up for sale so we wanted a good cleaning. I would have used them if I was still in Columbus.

I originally hired them to do a deep clean. They came out and did the cleaning very well, however in the process of their cleaning they broke something of mine. When I spoke with the owner about it he said that he would pay for the repair. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked him to only pay for half of the repair. He assigned a couple of people to my home for continued cleanings. They did a good job, however I never felt that I got my moneys worth. The house was clean, however it was never fully cleaned to my satisfaction. There was a language barrier which made it hard for me, because I had to either go through the boss or figure out a way to communicate with them. It was never hard to get a hold of the boss. I could always just email him about a concern of mine. They cleaned 2700 square feet of my home. They were always out to my home for about two hours. The prices are competitive with the rest of the area.

They were pretty great. They did take longer than they said they would, but they got everything cleaned. I was very pleased with their service.

I was not very pleased with their carpet cleaning, however they did a good job with the housecleaning. I have had a lot of pet problems and I wanted to have them steam clean all of the carpeting. They did not do a really good job. They got some of the mess, but not all of it so I had to have someone else come out to finish the carpet cleaning.

They are very professional, meticulous and do a nice job. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

I have been using this company for several months now. The owner is very prompt in returning phone calls and helpful. The cleaning staff is very good -- the same team comes to my house each time. They are reliable and do a thorough cleaning in an efficient manner. Pristine Clean is far superior to other cleaning services I have tried.

They are very good, very capable and do everything that I ask them to do. I think the only thing that might be a problem sometimes is that the workers don't speak English very well, so, if I have any problem I call the owner and he speaks to the workers, but, they do a great job.

They came to the house to provide a quote. They left w/o providing an estimate and I never heard from them again.

I would highly recommend this company for housecleaning. Moshi was able to come to the house and give me an estimate just hours after I called him. He was able to schedule the cleaning very quickly and worked on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule. He and his crew were very thorough. The house had a layer of dry wall dust all over it. By the time they were done, the house was pretty much sparkling. It took a crew of 6, 8 hours to clean it as promised. I believe this took longer than originally estimated, but the cost did not increase as a result. I was very impressed with the job they did and would use them again. I would highly recommend them for a post-construction cleaning - it was the best experience of the construction process!

They seem to be more thorough than other cleaning companies. They are not perfect, however none of them are, but they are more thorough. They base the payment on the square footage of the home. I think that they are a little more expensive than they need to be. They have been responsive to me.

We have been using Pristine Clean Services for about 3-4 months. Initially, we were using them every other week, but now we have them come out once in a month. We give them a high recommendation as everything is clean once they finish with their work. They are nice and friendly people while they are doing the work. We keep our place fairly clean, but once a month we need that extra cleaning such as cleaning of bathrooms and ovens.

I called for an estimete and Moshe showed up in the time window we had set. We went through the house and he told me what could me done and what it would cost and when it would be done. I thought the price was very reasonable and said, "do it." The job was completed on time. when I examined the results I was thrilled: counters, sinks, shower stall, and some very hard to clean areas (behind appliances) looked almost like new. Very nice job.

My experience so far has been excellent. My phone calls were returned promptly, appointments were met on time, and all cleaning services have exceeded my expectations. All areas of my house were thoroughly cleaned during the initial deep-cleaning and I continue to be happy with my bi-weekly cleaning services. The staff is polite and prompt and eager to go above and beyond their basic scope of work.

The owner, Moishe Levi, met with me before the cleaning. He promised much more than was ever delivered. For example, he stated that they would occasionally do "special projects" at no charge. He also promised that the house would be spotless. Neither of these ever happened. I never got and "special" additional services. I once asked that they clean some sliders on the front of my house. They did, but charged extra. The house was never spotless...there was always something obvious missed. I used them for several months until they broke one of our figurines. The breakage was not the major issue, but the fact that Mr. Levi refused to believe that his team broke it and called me a liar. I told him I would deduct the cost of the figurine from my last payment and he proceeded to run the full charge on my credit card even though I had told him he was not authorized to do so---that I would pay him by check for the balance I owed. I do not recommend that anyone do business with this company--especially since they come into your home.

I have never been so pleased with a house cleaning crew. They always have a positive attitude which is a huge plus! They do a great job and they work quickly. While it is a set price each week, they don't cut corners to get done faster, they just keep working without stopping to chit chat or take a break. I am a mom of two boys and my husband works long hours. I am also in school so they truly help me have time to get my school work done, play with my boys, enjoy time with my husband, and not feel guilty about a messy house because they have done such a great job cleaning it for me. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

Moshe came out the same day I called him to walk through my home and give me an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. His prices are very reasonable considering the size of my home. I was able to schedule the first cleaning within a week. His crew came and spent 5 hours cleaning my home. They were very thorough and cleaned things I don't even think about. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I have even signed up for biweekly cleanings.

The cleaning went very well. The cleaners arrived on time and went to work immediately. Our home looked amazing when they were finished. They went above and beyond my expectations. Moshe was very easy to work with and Maria and her crew were very respectful of our home.

I found Pristine Clean on the list and called them due to their great reputation. I called Moshe and he asked me some questions about our home, including square footage and flooring. He came over that very evening and did a walk through, presenting me with very professional marketing material, including a business card, a formal "offer letter" that provided pricing and a brochure listing all services that they provide. We booked the deep clean to occur that very week. The crew of 4 arrived on time and were very nice. They worked quickly, but thoroughly. I am very picky and will go back through the completed work to see if I "approve". Everything was very clean and smelled great. They bring their own vacuum, which seems to have greater suction than my Dyson. The work crew does not have a great command of the English language, but at least one of the crew is able to communicate with me. The owner is fluent. I am now having them come twice per month for a very reasonable cost (about $120.00 per visit for 3,000 square feet) and it is a burden lifted! I have already recommended them to 3 friends.

They were here for 4 hours. They arrived and immediately began working. I came home four hours later and wasn't certain we actually lived here! LOL! Could we POSSIBLY have this clean and fresh-smelling a home?? I am so thrilled!!! I am afraid to touch anything! Gosh...the stains on the couch are even gone! Could this be a...duplicate house in an alternate universe??? Seriously...hire them. You'll be so happy!

It's great to come home to a clean house! With my busy schedule, it takes one major thing off my To Do List. I am able to spend quality time with my family instead of cleaning and being too tired to do anything.

I hadn't expected as many cleaners as arrived and felt a little crowded in my small house. While the head of the company is eloquent and organized, many of the cleaners don't understand or perhaps, speak much English. Giving directions, especially when they were taking more time than estimated, I had to leave soon, telling them what to cut out, was awkward.

On the same day I called to inquire about their services, Moshe was over here in a few hours to scope out the work and then a few hours later the cleaning crew arrived--all the same day. They were thorough and know how to clean to my satisfaction.

They are very flexible. They clean the kitchen and bathrooms. They vacuum and dust. They'll help you clean out the refrigerator or move furniture. They are very thorough yet flexible at the same time if there is something in particular you need done. I appreciate the work. I can contact them via cell phone or e-mail. They always call me back.
