AND THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE PROBLEM ON SUNDAY MORNING. HE REPLACED FOUR SPRINGS, PLUS SOME SMALLER PARTS. WHEN THE DOOR BEGAN BINDING A BIT SEVERAL WEEKS LATER, THE TECH RETURNED TO ADJUST IT AT NO CHARGE. GREAT SERVICE!

I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AFTER 6 PM AFTER A SPRING BROKE ON OUR GARAGE DOOR. THE INDIVIDUAL ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THE SPRING ON MY GARAGE DOOR BROKE, TRAPPING MY CAR IN THE GARAGE.
