Our garage door decided to stop going up the afternoon of July 4th. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service thinking I'll get in the message queue for July 5th callback. Instead, someone answered my call. Next thing I know, they are scheduling a technician to come out in a couple hours. The technician arrived, still on July 4th, and replaced the springs and bearings. In an hour, we had the door open. The technician was professional, courteous and maintained a positive attitude while working on a holiday in stifling heat. Thank you to Thomas and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for being there in our time of need on a holiday.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a great job on the repair I needed. The tech, James, was very professional in assessment and explaining what was needed for the repair. They arrived quickly and had the repair done in about an hour. I would highly recommend PGDS for their attention to detail.

Magically the door worked perfectly while P.G.D. was there and ever since. Explained why the motor could have been off, because it cycles and detected a problem in one of those cycles. Also pointed out that where the door had been hit, we knew when we bought, the bracing for that panel is bent and loose from the panel in that area.

Company came to look at my garage door that was off track. They also said I needed a brace on the other garage door. They put the door back on track, and I paid to install the brace. The technician told me I needed a new garage door opener, and it would cost $1000. Red flags went off in my head right away, so I immediately check garage door opener prices in front of the technician. I showed him that he was substantially overpriced, I paid my bill, and he left. The door that he fixed then fell back off the track a few hours later, and I fixed it myself. I paid way too much for what little work was performed, and my garage door openers have been working fine. Do NOT trust this company.
