Dustin was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was wrong with my garage and what is needed to repair. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He assured me that it can be fixed. Great Customer Service!!

Technician (Tim) was on time evaluated the springs and other moving parts. He explained the necessary repairs and went through the cost item by item. From the first call till the installers left the driveway, everyone was extremely professional & kind every step of the way! Sales waas not pushy & was patient with showing available option. The mobile showroom was helpful to get a general idea what the new door would look like with the existing house. Installers called ahead, & showed up when they said they would. They were nice & professional. It took about 2.5 hours to remove the old door & mounting system & to install the new door & hardware. I'm very pleased that I chose Precision & will highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage door buying/ installation!

The service technician was very experienced , courteous, and he explained everything in detail as work was in progress. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again in the event services should arise.

I hit the car with the garage door and then the garage door did not close. I searched on the internet and called Precision garage door on Friday late evening. They came on Saturday, and gave me estimate of $850 and $1,100 for a 3-year warranty and a 7-year warranty. I felt the serviceman tried to scare me of damage and charged high, so I just mentioned I needed just an estimate, he charged me $50. I later fixed the garage door for just $65. Do not try to sell things and not to be scaremongers, please win trust of your customers by fixing their problem with a right cost.

Quick turnaround time - called Saturday evening and Chris did the work the next day, Sunday, in the freezing cold. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We couldn't have been happier!

They sent a tech out the same day I called, on a Saturday. After initially telling me he would arrive after 8PM, he called and arrived at about 4PM. He diagnosed the problem as a broken spring, a proprietary design, and replaced the entire spring and roller mechanism. The technician was quite good. Very happy with their prompt service.

Tim came out on Sunday about an hour after we called. Fixed the door I knocked out of whack and of the track. Tightened and lubed a bunch of parts and has it running great for such an old door and opener.

They came out to check out the connections on the bottom of the garage door. He did good. We were having problems with door going up and coming down. He cleared the debris on our sensors.

Excellent. Alex was our technician. It occurred on Sunday night and my daughters car was trapped in the garage. He arrived promptly...made suggestions..showed me wear and tear on my tensioner...suggested replacement and suggested 2 springs instead on 1 so this wouldn't happen again. He even fixed my garage door opener switch which wasn't installed properly in the wall before..and adjusted my setting on my opener. All this was included in the 1 hour service charge. It sounds quieter than it ever has. He was super professional and did excellent work.

Company was professional from the initial call with Sierra who was pleasant, accommodating, and thorough. Tom arrived after calling to advise he was en route (actually was early). He was polite, knowledgeable and was honest, not trying to push other costly services. When we could not recreate the sound so he could find the cause, he suggested a couple of things it could be, but nothing requiring costly repair. I opened the door again just before he left and it made the popping sound. He quickly located the issue and was able to make the repair and eliminate the popping. Total cost included service call, parts and labor and was fair in my opinion for both sides. I would use this company again based on this initial service call.

Showed up on schedule. Completed the task quickly. Cleaned up afterward.

The charge on invoice included Installing cables, replace carriage bolt, lube door and components AND UNWIND AND REWIND SPRINGS....AFTER only opening the door 4 times after this service THE SPRING BROKE. Called them back out because we feel the tech wound it TOO TIGHT causing it to break...WAS QUOTED $365 TO REPLACE WHAT THEY BROKE! I would NOT recommend them.

I called the repair center and within 40 minutes Tom was at my house on a Saturday . He was very knowledgeable and polite. The pricing was a little high but not that much more. He was finished and cleaned up in no time at all.

They’re pretty good. My keypad wouldn’t open the garage. I had tried everything, even reset it. I kept calling and they wouldn’t tell me what was wrong. They said they were going to send someone out. Two guys came out and after paying $65, they took out the keypad and said the batteries weren’t working. They used my batteries to replace them and everything worked. Those were the most expensive batteries I’ve ever paid for. They decided to charge me $35 for the services. I could have done it myself. I felt like I was ripped off because I’m a businessman.

They came quickly and did the repair in a short time. The installer was pleasant and professional. I am pleased with the service. But I think $500 is too much for this service. And then they do not honor the discount advertised on their yellow pages ad, even after I called them and then wrote to them and got no reply.
