Quickly adjusted chain and lubricated track and rollers in less than 15 minutes. The garage door operated properly and smoothly.

Within 4 hours of my call my initial problem was fixed and several other critical issues were identified. I was never pressured to but(and my opener is 20 years old), just given the facts. All repairs were completed in a very cost effective and professional manner . Customer service was great and Dustin was awesome - such a happy and pleasant technician, Will go to no other company for future purchases and/or repairs. I called and received same day service, tech told me I needed new equipment and quoted $1,500 for new opener and new spring which I knew was extremely high. I paid for the service call and had another company come out the next day. That company tried a simple fix and quoted $450 for a new opener and said the spring was fine. Ultimately the simple fix worked.

Great. Called and got an appointment for the same day, a weekend. Technician was very knowledgeable, and offered several choices for the features I wanted. Job was done very professionally.
