Excellent. This company is what it claims it is. Definitely 5 stars---*more if were made available. Very friendly, professional and helpful beginning with the appointment associate setting the appointment to Tim who explained what was wrong with the opener, suggested choices and installed the new unit. We need more companies like Precision.

They did not have a part to fix so no charge.

Recently I had a problem with my garage door opener not working so I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had asked for the owner to give me a call so I can explain my problem. An appointment was scheduled and they came out and addressed the problem. Not only did they fix the problem, but they went way above the level of service I expected. They truly seem to really care about their customers and that is why I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get there garage door installed or repaired.

I had an excellent experience with precision and my installer Matt. He made me feel like I made the right choices with what needed done to my Garage Door. He was very courteous, professional and the work was done quickly. He cleaned up after himself it look like he had never been there except I had a working garage door with a new opener that was extremely quieter than the one I had.I would highly recommend precision door company
