My technician Gary LeMaster, was absolutely amazing today. I called Precision Garage Service at 9:30 am this morning. Within 30 minutes the serviceman arrived at my residence. He explained the problems and thoroughly gave a plan to alleviate my concerns. Within 2 and a half hours the job was completed. I’m very pleased with the results!! I would gladly recommend your services . Gary was efficient and professional. Thank you again !!!

Very happy with the service. Technician was competent, intelligent and friendly and made sure we knew what he was doing and why. He arrived quickly though we didn't require emergency service, and had everything needed on his truck. I'm sure there are lower priced companies but I'll happily pay for excellent service.

The service man presented the options available & described information on each, as well as the associated warranties. He was very knowledgeable about the products, & very courteous; there was "no" high pressure sales approach. He was very thorough & neat with his work. He was very patient with listening to our questions & answering each, ensuring that we also understood his answers during his work. If we would happen to have issues with our single car garage door, we would definitely call them back. Nice job!

Derek arrived within a couple couple of hours after I called for an appointment. He completely fixed my broken spring and also replaced rollers. The door runs better than brand new. If I ever need service for my garage door again, these will be the first people I call.

From the call for late night service to the timeliness of arrival to the overview and explanation of the minimum work need to be done and what other work could be done (all without pressure), the service was great! We agreed on the services to be completed. He finished within the timeframe estimated and the price was fair. Would recommend this company to anyone with garage door work to be performed.

The garage door opener and new keypad were installed along with nylon 4" ro[lers. Even though I was a new client they were able to get there the same day I called. Lashad was very professional and very courteous. Precisions was recommended by a neighbor and I was very happy with the outcome. I have praised their services and recommend the to others.

Perfectly!!! Called in the morning and they had a service rep there the same day to fit my schedule! Repairs took less than an hour and runs great.
