Description of Work: I have used this company several times a year over the last 2 years. They have replaced cables several times, springs, and other parts. I had to call them back multiple times because the fix wasn't right. Each time I would be charged. I finally called another company because I kept paying for what I felt was not good workmanship. I understand that parts are under warranty, and that there is still a labor fee, but at some point, I felt the parts were fine and that maybe the labor was the problem.
