Anthony is exceptional. He remotely comes on your computer and cleans all the gunk out. He knows exactly what to do. He was so easy to work with. He also put on a much better security system than the Mcafee that Time Warner Cable had that let all the Trojans in , in the first place. Need help? Call Anthony. I highly recommend him.

I called this company yesterday and the tech came out today to clean up my computer. It was running very slow due to viruses. He did a great job! I will use this company again and again.

I telephoned and he answered. We discussed a time to meet again for the computer repair and he was EARLY!! Awesome!! He had my computer up and running so fast - its now faster than it was when it was new. I am so very very pleased. I highly recommended PCPC Support - and I'm telling EVERYONE I know. Polite, considerate, an excellent business man - and he can make your computer behave like its suppose to!!!

Fantastic. Anthony is clearly extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We had a particularly nasty virus that took quite a while to clean up. Absolutely love the "fix remotely" feature - we've had techs sitting in our house for hours in the past, which can be really disruptive. We will definitely use these services again.

Anthony was fantastic. Called promptly at our scheduled time, explained what the issues he found on my laptop and fixed them, answered all my questions and recommended cost-effective programs to meet my needs... he really went above and beyond. I did not see messages from provider. As soon as he learned that I had not seen his messages, he made contact. Talked to him this morning, anxious to take care of my provider.

I had to call 4 times to get scheduled. When I finally spoke with them, they asked that I call back to re-schedule, in 30 minutes.

it went very well. I was contacted me promptly and was on time for the service. in only 2 hours he had my computer up and running just great. I am so pleased with his service and the new virus protection. I wil certainly use him again if I ever need more computer repair. this was excellent service for a great price.

I purchased the upgrades to my computer and they walked me through the installation. They were very patient with me, as I am not very computer literate. My computer is so much better!! I would definitely use them again.

I don't know what he did other than to remotely take over my computer and get rid of the malware and whatever else was causing problems. He was patient and professional.

I was called when promised and the technician, Anthony, was very pleasant and patient with me. He took over my computer and let me go to work. When I came home my computer was rid of the virus and the speed was as it was when I first bought it. I appreciate the professionalism and expertise of Anthony.

It went very well. My computer runs much better now. The cost was, I think, quite reasonable.

Technician called and we scheduled an appt. He called right on time and basically took over my computer remotely to check for viruses. None were found. The whole process only took about 20 minutes.

The phone number just rings busy over the past several weeks and does not respond to email.

He tried to squeeze me in, but that didn't work out. Ended up scheduling for the following week. He called on the phone, I went to his website, and a few clicks later he had control of computer. Thirty minutes later he called back and was done. Problem gone, computer working great.

He couldn't perform the service, as he was in Ohio and I was in Florida. I didn't want to allow remote access to my computer from someone in another state.

He called me at a pre arranged date and time. I followed his instructions to turn over control of the computers to him. He cleaned the hard drive disk of unwanted and malware files, rearranged the remaining files to increase the computer's available memory space, and left a link for a malware clean up program which I can use on my own in the future. As a result, both computers run more efficiently.

On the appointed time, the technician called and remotely took control of my computer. He fixed the problems that I had complained about, such as, being very slow, freezing up, windows popping up saying programs had stopped working, checking for problems. Technician said it would take about 45 minutes and that is about how long it did take. The technician was very friendly. I am very satisfied with the work done with this company and would use them again.
