They fixed my work computer so fast I thought nothing was wrong , they got to the point so fast it was kinda amazing definitely hiring them again

Easy to work work with and did a great job.

I had an appointment by phone. He was there and ready on time. He came unto my computer, fixed errors, removed junk and potential threats. He also re-installed Trend Micro security which is superior .I highly recommend him. You can trust this guy.

It turned out alright. They did it over the internet. They didn't come out. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. My computer was so old. It really didn't last very long. The computer went slow again. I think they did as good as they could have done.

I don't think he really did much. It still wasn't fixed. It was a phone call.

Great job. Anthony is fast, knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. On time via remote, did not quit until he found the eliminated the virus. This guy knows his stuff.

The laptop's performance did not improve significantly, however in all fairness it was quite old. This was a last shot effort to extend the life of the machine. Service provider was punctual and professional, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I knew that it would be over the phone, but I thought it would be more. He had me go to a website and he remotely got in my computer. I don't understand the things he did. But he did cause things to go wrong on the computer. I called him and he agreed to work on it again to fix them. He spent a good deal of time working on correcting them. Some were fixed, some were not. My computer did not run any faster nor perform any better after he worked on it. But he was very pleasant and professional to speak with. As nice as he was, based on my experience, it was not worth the price.

Generally well, At one point when his software to remove the problems on my computer was running, he forgot I was on the phone which was somewhat annoying. Other than that, it went well and I would use again.

it was fine however the laptop didn't run any quicker after the clean up. We were told the lap top was old and had little storage space so that was the root of our problem.

I TRIED TO CONTACT THE PROVIDER USING THE NUMBER GIVEN AND NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AND THEN WHEN I TRIED LATER THE # WAS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I THEN TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL AND AGAIN NO RESPONSE. SO I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE.

We decided that instead of trying to clear out the excess, it would be better to just reset it. Since I had tried this in the past and it wouldn't work, I told him I would need some instruction. We got it to reset to factory but it was having a problem configuring updates. Because of the time involved, I would call him back when laptop would reach a certain step and not go further. He was very patient, polite, professional and personable during the entire time. It took 3 or 4 phone calls and a couple hours total but my laptop is running like new again. I will definitely use only them whenever possible in the future. I was very please with their work.

Great. My computer is fine. Anthony was very responsive on both occasions. We made an appointment for him to work on the computer via distance. He called at the appointed time. I signed up for a yearly plan and glad I did so because I have called him already twice.

The connection went smoothly and the technician started right in checking my computer from his remote location. He found and removed an imbedded virus, for which I am grateful. Unfortunately, he could not help with other problems--CHKDSK errors, security downloads blocked by something, and a few other problems. We didn't discuss these problems until the end of the hour. I wish we had done so. He told me there would be an additional charge to deal with these issues. I didn't know that when he started. So, I'm happy he was able to remove the virus, but disappointed that he was unable to address my other computer issues. Perhaps before commencing, he should review with customers what he can (or will) and cannot (or will not) do.

Tune-up moderately increased speed of computer. After a week or two it seemed to get a lot slower. I realized the package I paid for was for a relatively short time period of services, but it would have been nice for the technician to let me know what they weren't able to do and give a recommendation on additional services. Or at least warn me that I'd continue to experience some slowness. I eventually used another vendor (for whom I wrote a good review). They were much, much better and greatly improved the performance of my laptop.

fine. logged onto my computer remotely and fixed within 30 minutes

the initial call for me to turn on computer and let the technician remotely access my computer. I was able to let him work on the problems and 2 hrs later he said he was finished.I asked him for his advice to help the computer run better from now on and his suggestion was to to change fire wall provider. I will call him back when it is time to change.

It has been the best money I have ever spent. The cost was for one year of support. His responsiveness is excellent and he’s very friendly to work with.

I purchased this for my Mother. No issues or concerns and most importantly no complaining about what the computer was doing wrong after the service.

It went pretty good. It was good because of the convenience of it remotely. I was in a pinch and he cleaned up the computer. I think it took one call back and he straightened everything else out. It was great to work with, it really was.

I had a rebooting problem,I was told that my problem would be hard for him to fix. We went through a couple steps and the was told that he could not help. He thought my drive was gone. Twenty minutes and $49.00 later I still have a rebooting problem. It is what it is.

Very punctual, friendly, and fast. Great to work with a US Based small business owner rather than farming it overseas.
