Anthony seems very technically savvy, easy to work with and appears interested in maintain a good reputation for PCPC. I agreed purchase a one year subscription to the Security Program he recommended. If my PC continues to work like it is now I will consider this is money well spent.

He used several programs like malabytes to clear some things but my main problems still remained.

Anthony was very professional, friendly and punctual. I would definitely recommend his service to others.

The computer was working extremely slow so that it was a big problem even to set up remote access. Once it was set up - the cleaning for about 1-1.5 hours have been perfomed. The computer started to work better, but in couple of days the problems returned. I had to call once again and the cleaning procedure was continued ( without additional charge). Since then my computer works fine.

There was no improvement whatsoever in the speed of my computer after the remote service was performed, so I called Anthony and told him this, and THEN he told me that the Norton Antivirus Program I have is a memory hog and will slow down my computer, and that Macs hardly every get viruses, so I don't understand why he didn't ask me to check my RAM before charging me $49 to clean up my computer. He said to check to see how much of my computer's memory I was using and to try adding RAM, which should increase the speed. I added some RAM and now my computer runs much faster. If Anthony would have told me these things initially, I would have checked how much memory I was using and I would have realized that was the problem, and I wouldn't have thrown away $49. Anthony said he would not refund my money because he spent time remotely working on my computer and he did find some spyware. But removing the spyware was not a bit helpful, and I also had to spend my time during the tuneup and afterwards trying to find out why the tuneup did not do any good. This whole experience was a waste of time and money. I feel like Anthony should have asked me some relevant questions BEFOREHAND instead of after I paid for a service I did not need.

We purchased the Angie List Deal for the Expert Remote Computer Tune-Up. The service was quick and painless. Anthony was flexible and allowed us to reschedule when we forgot to give him access to the machine for the initial appointment. Highly recommend PCPC Support. We loved the convenience of the remote session- no unplugging, re-plugging and lugging the machine into a brick and mortar store.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Anthony contacted me right on time of our scheduled appointment. Because of the severity of our problem it took about 1 hour just to by pass the virus and start the off site support. During this time Anthony was extremely patient and professional assuring me along the way that he was going to fix our problem. Anthony provided me with a direct number to contact him throughout the day as our computer finished various stages of the virus removal process. All our computer related issues were addressed to include freezing up and slow internet connection. I would highly recommend PCPC SUPPORT!

The service went fine. They were very responsive and I was able to get the deal scheduled within a few days. I paid an additional fee for virus protection. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I thought it was interesting that he could work on my computer from miles away with remote access. He was very responsive. I had another issue a few weeks later and he was happy to take care of it for me. He was willing and readily available for assistance.

He called me at the appointed time, got to work promptly and was done early. I noted improved computer performance after his service. I would definitely use this service again.

Service was very good. answered all of our questions very knowledgeable. graphic card turned out to be soft ware trouble, Anthony told us how to go about getting that fixed. We called HP about soft ware told us they couldn't do anything about it because it was out of warranty. Anthony had found out there were many more complaints about the problem on hp web site. We are still trying to get hp to correct the soft ware. Anthony has called several times to see how we are doing and he has also done extra searching to us find the answer we need. I have told many people about Anthony and what a great job he has done for us.

This is a great service. He did a great job within an hour he was able to fix it and computer was back up and running. You don't have to be without your computer. I don't have to remove the computer. I have paid up to $180.00 dollars for someone else to fix it and it was not fixed.

wIt appeared to go fine although I was uncomfortable letting someone into my computer that I did not know or even heard of before. I do not recall if he mentioned any issues other than saying I had a lot of games. Since that time I have had a huge amount of pictures and logos from companies arrive in my computer. Something had to have been changed to get these. There were not there before he was in the computer and they continue to come. I do not know how to stop them and am hesitant to contact them again.

I scheduled an appointment with Anthony. He called promptly at noon. He remote into my laptop and checked it out. There were a few services that were booting up that were unnecessary. He disabled them. He didn't find any viruses, and said my McAfee Site Advisor was scanning every page I accessed which was slowing down my internet. But, it was the cleanest laptop he had worked on so I should keep doing what I was doing :) Thank you Anthony!! He was very professional and very patient with me. Now for the technical side...I'm running Windows 8.1 and Firefox. My CPU was still performing high, around 30-75%. I had other questions we talked though and it was recommended and decided I would upgrade my RAM memory from 4GB to 8GB. This would also help in speeding up my internet. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely use him again!!!!
